The staff is always very nice especially the lady who was working tonight
Do not buy any food from that store, The manger name Laquayash Tonsend almost killed my brother in law and left him for died on March 12 2022 early Saturday morning..
On feb 25 2022 we placed a order 2 of the sandwiches were made wrong I took them back to have them corrected the owner refused to make 2 new sandwiches even though I showed him the blue copy where it was wrote right but made wrong it wrong he then gave me back my money and I told him I didn’t want my money back I just wanted the two sandwiches made right I was on my lunch break he refused to make 2 more the store was crowded but I’m not gonna show out and be ugly just because you think you can I eat there a lot but my company will not go back very poor customer service but I feel if I pay 20 dollars for 2 sandwiches I have a right to have them made right so shame on you I’m sure pop would be very disappointed in your character.
What I appreciate most about this place are the employees that work there and their great attitudes. The service and sandwich was great as well. So good to see I wish there was more of that
Called this location’s number multiple times but never got an answer. Unable to reach anyone to cancel my order.
They were slammed but bustling and doing a great job
Customer service was their number 1 priority at this store. The manager was on top of everything making sure everyone that was ordering was getting their food fast. I watched as a guy who ordered online pickup waited longer than usual. The manager wanted to make sure the righted their wrong by offering him free chips and drink with his order. He also apologized for the delay. The customer left satisfied.
Food was fresh and expertly crafted. Staff was professional. The entire store was absolutely clean.

The food here is what you’d expect from Jersey Mike’s. What you won’t expect is how slow this location is. Today, I dropped by at 3 pm and was the only customer. My easy #7 order took a full ten minutes to complete while the staff inexplicably passed the phone back and forth to one another avoiding a phone call that was clearly not an order. Other locations are much faster. If you have nowhere else to be, your visit will be fine.
