Kept it simple with honey vanilla since this was my first experience here. Disappointed that they do not offer samples, was told they could describe them to me, I didn't need a description, I can read. What I got was good, just didn't care for the exchange with the employee.
Love the ice cream and the whimsy of this chain. This particular store is always busy when I visit which is typically in the evening on a weekend or weekday night, so I typically wait 10-15 minutes before ordering. It's worth it to me though!
If you’ve never had Jeni’s ice cream, you’re missing out! You have to try the Salty Caramel. And the waffle cones are heavenly!!
Ice cream was great and they got it to us quickly. Kaleigh had the cinnamon bun and I had the Trio with Darkest Chocolate, Banana Brandy Creme Brulee, and the Salted Peanut Butter. You could really taste the brandy in the banana scoop, and the peanut butter and chocolate were both incredible. Kaleigh tried my chocolate and said that it was the best chocolate ice cream she'd ever had. Hate to give them a 4 star review when it was almost 100 degrees outside that day, but the kid who waited on us would have been happier somewhere else that day. He wasn't a jerk or anything, just aloof.

Possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Excellent. Very pricey though. For two smallish scoops in a waffle cone it was $7+. Will make it hard to come her regularly but boy it was tasty!
Jeni’s ice cream is delicious at any location. This specific location is has not so great competent customer service. They mess up my orders every time and seem as though they are not listening when taking orders. Unfortunate because this is the closer location to me, but I will be doing to the other listings.
Last night I went with a group of friends to get ice cream at this location. As a dairy free person, I LOVE their delicious DF options. However, each of us felt disappointed that our ice cream scoops were smaller than before for the price of $5.50 (single).When I talked with Owen at the counter, he was so kind and understanding. Owen and Lillian promptly addressed the issue and did such wonderful customer service that I have to give a shout out for their heart to make things right! thank you Owen and Lillian for making Jeni’s customer service excellent!
Great customer service, even with a long line, it went by really quick. Ice cream is good. Maybe I shouldn't have read all of the reviews which raised my expectations but over all a really nice experience.
We visited for the first time on a Tuesday and have been back twice in the same week. Can't wait to try all the flavors.
