Love, love, love the ice cream, but every time we come here side work seems to be more important than customers. There can be a line out the door and only 1 person is both scooping ice cream and ringing people up, while 2-3 other people are doing other work. Seems like they either need more people or a better drop everything for customers motto.
I’m not sure if the rest of their locations are this good, but Jeni’s in Noda was great. Get the brambleberry crisp; The flavor is somehow foreign, yet familiar at the same time, it’s actually kinda cool. The real star is the sugar cone, it’s delicious beyond words. It’s always extremely clean whenever I visit. I don’t normally like to rave about chains, but this place is worth it.
This is the best ice cream I’ve had in a while! So good that I’m still in the shop as I type this review. I had the Lemon & Blueberries Parfait with a waffle bowl and it was perfection. Light and delicious. My little one had the Honey Vanilla and went back for seconds. We also tried the Coffee & Cream with Sugar, Gooey Buttercake, and Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flakes. 10 out of 10 for all flavors!

We're from Texas and this is similar to Amy's Ice Cream ?. We had Pistachio Macaroon and Cinnamon Roll. Very good flavors, not just sweet. A bit expensive but definitely gourmet.
Incredible! Definitely worth a visit; try whenever you're visiting or a local of NC. We are ice cream connoisseurs and have had ice cream all across the country from homemade/small batch-made spots. A very cute spot (& insta-worthy); the flavors are unique, intriguing, and absolutely delicious (they had at least three that were dairy free). They're making their fresh delectable waffle cones right on site in front of you-definitely get one. The shop, including the bathrooms, is very clean and quite cute.
Employees did not acknowledge me when I came in, I stood there while employees talked amongst themselves. They proceeded to roll out the red carpet for the next guest. I'm not sure why there was this inconsistency...
Incredible choice of flavors and ice cream was fantastic. The smell of fresh waffle cones is mouth watering. They also have a waffle bowl which is brilliant.
I love this place! It smells amazing inside (those are the waffle cones; get one) and they have so many good flavors. I recommend the coffee, brambleberry crisp, and darkest chocolate flavors. The people that work there are really kind. The only issue is that the ice cream is expensive. But at least it's delicious and you get big scoops.
