This place is amazing and some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. To my understanding there is always a line out of the door, and I would say it’s worth the bill wait. The line does also move pretty quick. The gooey butter cake flavor is amazing and is also their most popular. I would totally recommend that flavor and checking out this place. Mario Kiezi wasn’t lying when he said Jeni’s had the best ice cream
Jenn’s is amazing! Their flavors are unique and each bite makes it obvious that it’s all made from fresh ingredients. Even the freshly made waffle cones are amazing
Awesome!! I order “Flight” which you can get 10 flavors of ice cream and it costs only 20$!! The line is long, people keep coming even though it’s 9 p.m. And the Ice cream was absolutely yummy!! Especially the darkest chocolate, Chocolate lovers you MUST TRY!!!
I got 2 scoops of caramel pecan sticky bun and gooey butter cake. I tend to like custard more as I'm from WI, but this ice cream was amazing! Unique flavors and great consistency.
The best ice cream place ever. I always get the gooey cake batter.. It is so gggggooooooeeeeeyyy and ggggggooooddd.This place is always packed with people so make sure to have time to stand in a que for a bit but it is all worth the wait.The place is clean and the staff are always friendly.

First time trying Jeni's and hands down it is the best ice cream I have ever tasted. The flavor profile is amazing. The ice cream is super creamy and delicious. The atmosphere is chill and the staff are very friendly. This is definitely my new favorite spot.
My favorite new spot!The staff was very sweet …. I ordered for the first time on Vday when I took my daughter on a date. They lady was so nice helping me pick the best flavors for us. It was great amount for the price and in a nice location. Parking may be an issue but hey a nice walk there was fine for me.
The best ice cream around! Great service. They don’t offer samples though so that was a downfall since we’d never been there before.
The hype is 100% worth it! I didn't realize Jeni's had retail locations, I have only watched the brand explode on social media. I was so excited to try the flavors, and man! They did not disappoint.I didn't know this until after I had made my selections, but they have an impressive number of dairy free options that are incredibly creamy (I know this because I accidentally got one).This location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the ordering process was super easy to understand. I LOVE that I could get three flavors but not kill myself with ice cream. Their trio is about 1.5 full scoops IMO.Definitely stop here while in Southend!
