A great selection and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the cheesecake and the cookies. I will certainly be back.
Paid too much for a 6 inch cake that was ordered ahead of time for a birthday. Besides not writing a 30 on top, plenty of room, it gets brought out and the decorations are smashed. All I get is another empty I’m sorry like that was going to fix it. Offered nothing and moved on to the next customer. Tired of paying to much and receiving half way service. Good Tips will now have to be truly earned through good service!
Not very welcoming. Customer service could really use some work, but it's fun to see the many flavors from cheesecakes to pound cakes to cake pop and pie slices they are sure to have a tasty for everyone to enjoy! My latest was strawberry cheesecake waffle cone.
This score is due to the customer service. My cake was made wrong. The response was “Well we definitely used cream cheese in the layers.” If you look at the layers, the frosting is as white as can be. I chose to use Jazzy’s for my mother’s bridal shower because she brags about their red velvet cup cakes. When making a custom cake, they said the outside could not be cream cheese but the inner layers could be. Needless to say, that did not happen. Presentation was nice but the response to a mistake was disappointing. My entire family loves Jazzy’s and I always recommend them to others. I will not step foot in the store or suggest their business unless this situation is fixed!
I’ve been wanting to come here for some time now. Finally glad I was able to make it there. We got a variety pack of the mini cheesecakes and a peach cobbler cupcake. Everything was amazing
Wow- I don’t know where the great reviews came from! Purchased a plain 4” cheesecake & a banana one. HORRENDOUS. Rotted, hard black banana chips - my husband had to spit out. He wouldn’t let me take a pic- it was too gross. My cheesecake ( plain) lacked vanilla & lemon- no flavor & absolutely wasn’t all cream cheese- had some gelatin type gummy to it that made it appear creamy but it actually seemed undercooked. Awful. Not homemade AND no forks. They said they were out of forks for 3 weeks & wouldn’t get any in for 3 more weeks. Well guess what, Amazon could deliver 1.000 tomorrow for $25. It’s worth it to your customers.
This is my new cake place! We stopped in to try some cake before ordering my daughters birthday cake and we both loved the vanilla birthday cake. The cake is perfectly moist and had a wonderful flavor. We also got the Oreo cupcake which was good too. Awesome selection of flavors available in the case and plan to come try more. Also want to say the cashier was super helpful and answered questions we had about ordering.
I just stumbled upon this store heading somewhere else. So glad I stopped by! The cheesecakes are humongous in size and taste homemade. Its now a must stop whenever we come to Charlotte ?
We live in Blowing Rock and can say it is worth the trip. I don't eat the crust on pies except for pies from here, very light and flaky. My daughter in law got us hooked when she brought them up for Thanksgiving. Christmas dinner was complete with pies from here as well.
Jazzy Cheesecakes has the best cheesecakes in Charlotte! The individual cheesecakes are ginormous and enough for two or three people. We got the red velvet and strawberry and both were super moist and yummy.
