The majority of the workers were awful. Slow, acted like they didn’t care at all. We did enjoy our drinks though.
Still one of my favorite places to drop by to get a snack while I wait for my layover. Don't forget they have liege waffles but they call it Belgium waffles. They don't display it but it is still on the menu and don't forget to get the free boosts!
I asked for something that tasted like a milkshake and she delivered 10/10 will order again. Friendly and quick service.

So whenever I'm traveling I make a pitstop at Concourse D in Charlotte, NC airport to THIS location of Jamba Juice.The team that waited on me were amazing and they made my usual "XL" Greens and Ginger just the way I like it. Where do I start …… so the cashier lady got an attitude with me cause I misspoke my order she start smacking her lips . I thought she broke her neck the way she was rollin her neck around . Then refused to give me my proper change wait 10 mins then said they didn’t pineapple so I said give me my money then this individual had the audacity to say she wasn’t gonna give me my proper change I gave her 20 left with 19 . The employee pool must be pretty shallow for these individuals to have jobs it’a sad .
The attitudes are horrible and the smoothies taste like throw up. I asked to exchange for another and they ignored me and remade the one I didn’t like.Wasted $8.00
Got th pb, chocolate and banana smoothie told her I didn't want peanut butter. They made it with peanut butter so I went to get it redone and the 2nd one was made with chocolate powder and ice with milk tastes watered down with no flavor they didn't even add the banana they were supposed to I asked for a refund and was denied saying I got 2 for the price of one when I had asked them to correct my smoothie and as this one is in the airport i had to catch my flight and could not just be there to try and get my refund thanks for the great customer service ill be going elsewhere for smoothies.
This happened on 10/26/2021. The woman with dreads and glasses has a terrible attitude. I have to watch my blood sugar. I ordered a medium matcha smoothie. I asked her if the yogurt was sweetened because I suspected that was the only ingredient that would be sweet. No other sweetener was listed. No fruit. She told me that it wasn’t. As I’m walking away I tasted it and it is. So I googled how much sugar is in it, 51g in just a small. I come back to get a refund and she tells me I can’t get one because I took a SIP from it. The cup is practically full. Lol. At this point I didn’t want another drink because I don’t know how much sugar is in the rest of their drinks. But being that she didn’t want to give me a refund for such a silly reason I was forced to get another drink. I threw it out. Her tone was rude the whole time. No sorry for the misunderstanding. Nothing. Bad customer service.
The place was not open until 8.30amOverall they are really good and conveniently located near security check point D. The staff is also friendly and helps out with selection.
