Great prices! Great drinks! Cool laid back atmosphere, Blackberry wings are bomb! So was the Botz Burger with Pimento and The Cajun Shrimp Tacos..
Staff is great, food is amazing, and the environment is fun and laidback. Couldn't say anything bad about this place if I tried. Grabbed the Botz Pickle burger medium and Buffalo Daddy Mac and Cheese. Would highly recommend if you want a fun place to unwind on your off time. They usually have live music here if you are a big music fan like myself as well.
I ordered from Jack Beagles To-Go in NODA last weekend. Unfortunately, The Texas Benedict was pretty undercooked. Normally this wouldn’t be problem as you could just contact the restaurant for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, they don’t answer the phone at this location and their voicemail box is full (I wonder why?). So I email for a refund and offer the same pictures (and video if I could add them here) to display the uncooked eggs. Instead of simply accepting the error and refunding this part of the order, the manager (David Ladish) proceeds to tell me how eggs are poached. Now - if you are ordering eggs Benedict - chances are you very well know what this means and how these eggs are prepared. I came for lunch on my own and this place was great. Not completely packed, comfortable outside seating, and really nice service all around. I thought the fries were a little bland, but still a great side. I’d recommend some sauce or cheese with them. $17 with a soft drink, burger, and a la carte fries before tip. Will definitely be back.
They were really busy on that Saturday night. It was a group of us. Everyone got their order except for one. I ordered the jack Mac burger. It was good but the patty itself was missing flavor. The mimosas that were $3 were not that great. My friend’s order (cheesesteak) arrived after we were all done eating but the staff took that off our tab.The place is very lively. There was band outside playing. I would recommend trying out this place
Used to love this place, but when I visited last night, a very rude security guard yelled at us for trying to park our bikes next to the building. I believe his exact words were, “you can’t park your “toys” here”. Bikes are not toys but rather a form of economical and environmentally friendly transportation which are generally encouraged by most businesses in our neighborhood, but apparently not this one. We will choose to support more bike friendly locations in the future. It would serve Jack Beagles well to invest in a few fairly cheap bike racks and not turn away customers….especially customers who live close enough to frequent their establishment on a daily basis.
ALWAYS a fan of the beag but exceptionally good and personal service from a wide array of staff tonight. Y’all are the best!
I’ve been twice. Once for lunch with friends and family and once with friends for brunch. My lunch meal was better than breakfast, but that’s the way of the world- you gotta try it to know if you like it. Anyways the first time was awesome, we had a really nice waitress who was training a new hire on pretty much everything. We sat outside, on the stage, far from everyone. Very anti-Covid friendly.Second time was yesterday, we were a party of 6 and sat inside close to a couple who was also dining in. Our waitress was Lauren and she was nice. It’s in NODA, which is a cool area in Charlotte, very artsy and eclectic. Chill vibes!
We had such a great experience here! They have great vegan options and even more vegetarian options that can be made vegan if you ask for no cheese/butter. Awesome place for some good burgers while you’re drinking good beers. Good draft & bottle list with some N/A beer options as well. The bartender was fast and attentive! Def will be back.
