Terrible customer service! I usually won’t write bad reviews but tonight I feel I need to warn everyone. The two ladies at the window were not wearing masks or gloves. The lady who was wearing a black shirt (not sure if she is the manager) was not wearing gloves and wiped the ice cream from the side of my cup with her hands. I’m not sure if the ice cream went into the cup that was on her hand but it was still very unsanitary. After I asked her if that was what I had just saw she lied and said she didn’t do it and told me she really didn’t care. Never experienced that type of customer service before and it’s pretty sad when I love going there for the churros.I asked for a refund and wasn’t given a receipt so I hope we were not charged because I told them I didn’t want the food with that type of customer service.

Had to wait in the drive thru for long time.15 to 20 mins. the fries were a little cold not hot like they should have been.
Always great food, they get the order right if it is special, and everyone is always pleasant.
Food was great. The best thanks to Lino for being the nicest person ever and holding everything on his shoulders
The speed and efficiency of the drive thru personnel were great. The problem was the sauces in general. I purchased the new chicken sandwiches, which lauded their larger chicken patty and cluck cluck sauces. The spicy and extra hot versions of the sauces tasted terrible and took away from the quality of the chicken and bread used. We also ordered the mini taco box for all 3 of us. No matter the sauce, the corn taco shell seemed to absorb all the flavor of the dipping sauces used and make them taste plain. A Pico de Gallo or salsa of some kind would serve much better for these little tacos, but I guess that's too much to ask for the reasonable price.
Drive through is one of the slowest i have ever been to. Every time i come here at night ittakes like 10 to 15 minutes per car.
I went to Jack-in-the-Box to get some eggrolls. I asked for water so I could take my medication with dinner and I was told that a cup of ice or water is $2.80. Then I remembered that Chick-fil-A was still open. Their water is free. I also remembered the only reason why people shop at Jack-in-the-Box is because Chick-fil-A is closed. Today was the last day I decided I will never go to Jack in the box ever again there is no need Jack-in-the-Box is a stingy company
The food was great the counter person was friendly it was a good night I love it when the food it hot and you get it in a timely manner
Cashier was extremely nice and helpful with getting my order correct.
