Most Unprofessional and Inappropriate! ??Stopped by after 3 PM on a Saturday and ordered usual combo with large sweet tea. When I drove up to window to pay and get my food was presented with a tea. I asked server if that was tea for my meal and he replied, yes. Asked him twice what size the tea was before he said tea was a small. I immediately asked to speak to manager for the following reasons. 1) I was very clear when ordering food and price included large tea. 2) Young man who prepared tea touched his dreaocks first, then touched inside of cup lid, then placed that lid on small tea. 3) Server had his pants hanging more than half way down his buttocks and soon to be showing it all. 4) Witnessed server tugging at his pants then returned his hands up to food and drink area and continued getting orders ready. Guy came to window and said he was manager. Shared above four things as my complaint and replied I was being racist and immediately left window and sent another guy to window saying he was the manager. When customer files legitimate complaints and response is "we choose not to serve you today." it's the establishment whose in the wrong, as they refuse to serve people who find fault with their service instead of acknowledging the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior and correcting it. Very sure there are others that would find fault with these behaviors, due to health issues. This is the second time in nine months this establishment has refused to serve me based on my legitimate complaints on service or the lack there of.
One is being polite if I could give negative 10 stars I would. I waited over hour mins, in a line, for 2 pickup orders. I also during all of this, witnessed a person pull up to the front and easily access a pickup order... so I decided let me do the same... except when I did no one responded to my knock or my several phone calls. I then continued to call and no answer. A worker approached the door walked out and ignored me when I tried to say something... then continued to call after I got in LINE AGAIN AND WAITED FOR WAY TOO LONG ID SAY 20 MINS.it's my job, I'm new, if I canceled on 2 orders I'd be at risk of being deactivated, so I sat and waited this whole time for my customers. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND, at least late night ordering, from this location, and I'm disappointed. I've never had a good experience here and I'm confused why they are still open for buisness.
This location has the slowest drive through known to humanity. OMG
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!The guy Alex who claims he’s a manager is very disgusting and rude. I understand why he works at Jack In The Box with that attitude. He’ll never make more money with that attitude! Jack In The Box is his life. I recommend traveling to another Jack In The Box than this location. I arrived yesterday evening. It was about 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered my food..paid for the food….waited years for the food. Finally I got my food and the order had 3 missing items. Alex thought I was lying when I told him, He thought I wanted free food so he asked for the bag back. He dug his hands into my bag. During that time Alex was using explicit content. At that point I didn’t even want the food anymore because that’s very very unsanitary. I also have the video.
My friends and I received a less than friendly response when we arrived at the menu to order and were informed that they were only door dash/Uber eats and whatever else. Never have I heard of any nonsense like that, only in Charlotte! The least you could do is apologize and say which locations nearby are FULL service, but I guess that's too much for some uneducated workers to remember. Stay away from this wasteland.
Its horrible we ordered and get to window they say they dont have no grill food ! Then the guy scratching his crack walkin around i pray he dont cook wit out washing his hands like at this point i dont even want the food they didt have nothing i asked for not even ketchup smh , i understand good help is to come by , but if its that bad shut it down like the other guy who took the money he had gloves on toGet the money am then go back an make food , whats going on
Arrived late, waited for 45 minute behind 5-6 cars just to be told, "We're shorthanded, and aren't taking orders." Really?!? Kinda just felt like you weren't taking mine.I was really hungry and hadn't had jack in a long time. Was stoked to see you open. You managed to turn a patient customer who planned on tipping the worker(s), into a disgruntled noncustomer who may never be back.
This is my first ever experience at a Jack in the Box and I am in love! My food was hot and delicious, but the service was slow. Only the drive thru was open. Like everywhere else, they must be short staffed. The manager was very friendly. I wish we had one of these near home! Try the chicken teriyaki bowl and egg roll!
Dropped by tonight around 10pm tonight. I'm pretty patient and had no problem waiting. I ordered a medium Fanta and 3 jumbo egg rolls. Get the order about 1035-1040pm. Sadly, I should have checked the order. I didn't. I get to my destination to find I had chicken tenders instead (I'm allergic to poultry, so yea). No, I'm not goin to wait in drive thru another 40 minutes. Not worth it.I try to be understanding due to not enough night staff, but putting chicken tender instead of egg rolls.
Really love the food here. With COVID however you'll be waiting in the drive thru but worth the wait. Literally drove 3 1/2 hours for this.
