I’ve always wonder how this place stays open or if its even open. Most of the time there arent even any cars in the parking lot (not even of the employees) and it doesnt even’t look like the restaurant is lit up inside. Any the service level correlates to just that. Average drive thru experience here lasts about 8-10 minutes, and your order is taken by an associate that careless about your food choices or even if you pay for the food or not (i was given my drink and my food before I extended my CC into the window)I bought a box of chicken strips on one particular visit and I had to ask, ask again, and practically refused to leave until I get my dipping sauceIt always amazes me how place like this can stay operating.
The last taking my order was wonderful we went through drive thru placed a big order we had to wait a little bit which was totally understandable the lady made sure all of are for was in the bags all the food was fresh and good
I had a great experience here ! I ordered my food at drive thru and had great service from two young ladies. The food was delicious !
This place should be shut down! Very unprofessional and you can tell people are not capable of even working ..seems like they should be in a home for slow people bc that's exactly the vibe I get from them. I'm calling corporate myself bc it doesn't make sense at how they operate this location and have you waiting in line for 20 minutes for your food. Worst one I've ever been to.
I have been to this location twice in the past month. The first time, all my food was cold. The curly fries were room temperature at best. The burger was also cold. I went there yesterday and I checked my curly fries within 30 seconds of leaving the drive thru. They were barely room temperature. May be one of the worst locations I've ever been to.
DO NOT order delivery through any vendor from these guys. You will wait and wait and then your order will be cancelled. Rare scenario is you get your order and something will be missing. If you're a driver, don't take orders from this location. Not sure why they're listed on delivery apps if they're just going to cancel the orders anyway.
Great spot for lunch, drive thru was fast and food was hot, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Food tasted great I have no negative comments. Would eat here again.
I took my daughter and her friend and my son tonight... none of us had ever been... it was through the drive-thru... it was awful. I told them no tomatoes or mayo on my daughters friend's chicken sandwich and it had both... you could hardly drink the shakes through the straw.. the fries were old and cold... and the worst part is that they gave us opened packets of ketchup. Highly DO NOT recommend!
The drive thru cashier was friendly and courteous. I appreciate that type of service. The burger was cold, but she made me want to try this location again at a later date. Thank you
Fantastic service. The workers were incredibly nice and the food was fresh and steaming hot. My first time at a Jack In the Box and I will definitely come back.
