Got there before the shift change near 3pm. Waiting on my order was a bit longer than usual and I can hear the employees bickering on folks not coming in on time and so on. JIB please pay your employees OT so they can at least serve your customers appropriately vs having to shutdown til next shift arrives. We were able to eat while the doors were locked so no more customers come in while next shift arrived. I felt bad for the employees but really this is a corporate issue to address. JIBs are not independently owned and corporate needs to see OT needs to be allowed. I do appreciate, I believe who is the shift manager, giving us extra jalapeño poppers to compensate the long wait.
It's Jack's great menu food is normally good but as the night comes the staff gets incredibly short you could be in drive thru for an hour. Some people don't respect the line drive around and order at the window (don't give me the grub hub or Doordash bs) and on this night after biting my tongue swallowing by pride and sitting through this for the wife they said we don't have breakfast redid order and they got the order wrong no bacon or lettuce and tomato just a regular cheeseburger and the only curly fry was the one hanging on to my fry box. Only giving 2 stars because I know they are understaffed the wife didn't flipping out and I wasn't charged for the messup
So i stopped coming here for a while because of service and food lacking. My kids wanted to give it a go and im mad we did. Fries were over cooked in clearly old oil and cold. My chicken pita was literally wrapped together and throw inside the pita when the meat and veggies should be chopped. Its like the cook just sliced everything like a regular old sandwich which is not how yall train them to make them. Its crazy cause the manager was the cook and really let us get old, cold food. This my last go here cause clearly the staff does not care about food quality and performance. How hard is it to follow directions or if the food dont look right dont serve it. Yall need to do better, this restaurant is screaming low budget and i paid $10 for my meal. My food should be right and how i ordered it!
Disappointing. I truly understand long lines and being under staff. But there is no excuse for intentional miscommunication. Management… please inform your customers but placing a sign near the drive thru to let customers know you only take Door Dash orders at night. It is unacceptable to wait in a long to get to the order sign to be told this and have wait behind cars b/c there is only one way out.I call the store asked if the cashier could the one car waiting for food blocking the 4 cars behind them ( not ordering door dash) to waste 20mins of time for food not ordered.I will be reaching out to corporate about this. Just a simple sign would be helpful and courteous
No inside dining, you cannot order more than two different orders in the drive thru. The food was hot it's fast food nothing really to say other than the service was not great. Did not mark soda then took off the lid opened it and smelled it do determine thier error not so sanitary.
So it says it’s open 24hrs on google. And when we got here they tell us that we can only order through DoorDash or whatever pickup delivery there is. We do that and we pull up, they don’t have anything ready and it’s literally taking 30 mins. So what’s the point of this? Can corporate update their information to say all this?
Decided to give this place a try being in the area for work related meeting. Was my first time there. Got egg rolls and the teriyaki bowl, egg rolls were good but would not waste money on the bowl. It was frozen chicken and some sauce thrown over it.
15 min wait for an order. 5 people standing around while one cooks. No one greets or speaks to you. Music blaring with every other word is the "n" word. One worker has so much hair he wears 2 hair nets like Mickey Mouse ears...and it still isnt covered. They had their own drinks in the prep area with straws touching customer bags...floor was nasty with trash and food. Don't know how ot got a 99% rating from the health dept.
I ordered some french fries and mini tacos they were actually good and I liked it the fast service and making sure they didn't skip over you when it was super busy I appreciate that
Went drive thru, guy gave me a large drink instead of medium because person infront of me took forever to order. Did not have to do that but was appreciated as it was a long wait, almost 10 minutes of that guy trying to decide what to get. Hopefully he did same for the guy behind me.
