I went to get food at the Jack in the box Saturday night (7/23/22). They closed at 10pm and we pulled up at 9:30pm. Buddy over the intercom said we closed rudely and we said nah y’all close at 10pm. As we are pulling thru we hear the ppl behind us ordering so I’m immediately hot. No response from the employee so we pull up to the window. They asked what we ordered and we told them we didn’t cause they said they were closed. They looked stunned and then had the audacity to be like I guess we closed then. I questioned why the ppl behind us got to order and then they said aight just order your food so we can go home rudely. To the Hispanic kid and black manager at the Jack in the box that were rude and unprofessional y’all are terrible individuals. I understand times are hard but that’s not how you treat ppl.

Sat at drive threw window for sevral minutes only to be there not taking orders die to system being down.. maybe put a sign out so people don't waste their time. The drive threw guy was nice atleast.. only reason they aren't getting a 1 star.. would got 3 if they would have let the customers know before they sit there.. like with a sign or something ..just saying

The drive-through worker was very rude, I asked if she had the flavor of coffee I wanted and she had the audacity to ask if I was ok. All I asked was if she had a flavor of coffee then she had got a attitude with me. After I asked she told me to pull up with out asking if I was finished with my order. I would not recommend coming at all.

Everytime i come here something is messed up, line takes forever, or they mess up my order. Not only will they charge you 50 cents for every single sauce you ask for, but then they make sure to not even give you the sauce!!!!! I also got sweet tea here one day that tasted idk maybe a week old!!?? And no one is ever nice here. I stopped going even though i love curly fries and buttery burgers, the awful service, the fact my total always changes when i always order the same thing, and the fact usually theyre closed when theyre suppose to be open bc they claim to not have workers yet i see plenty just doing anything BUT working... mmm im never going back. At least to THIS LOCATION

I went to this Jack in the Box today around 1:30! The woman taking our order was not friendly and was not very attentive! While her headset was down her manager ( Peter was the name he gave us ) was in the background speaking aggressively about a salad my sister was asking for. Than my sister asked to speak with him and he got on very aggressively and over talked her. We than gave them the order very slowly so they could get it right. We got to the window and of course no hello how are you or any signs of customer service! We received our food and when we pulled up we didn’t have the unsweetened tea I ordered. It was one of the first things that was ordered… so we had to go back around and wait in the long line again. When we got to the speaker I asked for an unsweetened tea again because she did not add that to our order last time. She ignored us. Did not say we’ll be right with you or anything! After 5 minutes she said something and I asked for an unsweetened tea. We pulled around and they charged us for a 16$ order that we did not have. The manager did not apologize for any of the wrongdoings. When my sister asked for the receipt where he charged us the 16$ he got snappy and said it’s not charged to your card. Well it was charged. She showed him the transaction. So as my sister was asking when it will be sent back to her account the manager with the missing tooth kept over talking her and also over talking the other guy that was working the window trying to explain to my sister as well. After not being abled to get a word out he goes what exactly are you asking? She tells him and he once again over talks her and than she asks for his name. We waited 5 minutes for the manager to give us his name and he finally said Peter. Than told us to have a good day. Which is hilarious! After all that now he wants to sarcastically give customer service that is not authentic. I moved down here from Jersey and was excited about this place after hearing amazing things! I will never go there AGAIN!! It’s ghetto and a mess. The women with the blonde ponytail was rude and extremely incompetent! When you are working at a fast food restaurant it is your job to greet the guest when they pull to the speaker, kindly let the guest know you need a moment, speak politely, and repeat the order back so you know that the order is correct. Not one person apologized for their mistakes. The manager took no accountability for anything and that is what disgusted me. I hope they get better employees with good customers service! That was pathetic and disgusting. We will be calling corporate!

Sat in line almost 15mins, for me just to be told when I pulled up to window they were not taking no more orders they are closed (10:28pm) is what time my car read when he told me this........ last I checked Jack in the Box ALWAYS been 24hrs yet alone 6 more cars waiting behind me..... they took the guy in front me but no one else....... I wanted to rate zero stars SMH unacceptable!!!!!!!! To top the cake only one way in their drive-thru so we had to wait til the person at the window pulled off so we could leave AGAIN UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!! FAST FOODS ARE REALLY THE WORST NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this location. It's 8pm, normal dinner hours & I stopped by to pick up food for the family and the store is lit up but nobody is there. Nobody in the store, no employee cars in the parking lot. The Google profile says open and yet this location is not. With no signage or explanation of why it's closed.

I came from out of town on a work trip and even though its advertised as dine -in its closed only orders thru drive thru or Food apps which sucked because I didn't drive in. They need to advertise dine -in closed and update there signage. Its a waste a time to walk to these establishment just to be turned away definitely zero stars

I paid $4.54 for a supreme crossiant with only one half of the actual crossiant. They didn't give me a receipt or answer the phone when I called to notify them. You would think a place like this that's not a prominent as it's been in previous years would make sure they stay on top of things to avoid reviews like this. Great way to Start a day !

I would give a 0 of possible. Came here after a long late shift and hadn't eaten all day. I was told by the employee that je was not taking anymore orders. I asked if this location was 24 hours. He said yes but he was the only employee and he wasn't cooking anymore food. Why would you be open and have staff there if you aren't going to sell anything? Terrible customer experience and disappointing experience to say the least.
