They’re lazy. Dont tell me your system is down when I can see your system is still up and receiving orders while you are sitting in the dining room doing nothing and I have the pictures night shift 12:36pm
Morning employee have the nastiest attitude ever. My food was soggy. This place need to be shut down. They don’t value they client they. And they are not happy when you order more than 3 orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I love jack in the box foods but after this experience this will be my last time eating it. The workers gave my nightmares about the way they presented and served my foods.
Waited 30 minutes they were out of regular fries, got the wrong cheese on my sandwich, asked for ketchup , there wasn't any in the bag nor was there a straw for my soda and there weren't any napkins in the bag. There was definitely a communication barrier, the order taker tried to finish sentences before I could get the words out and talked extremely fast!
The staff always seams too be way too overworked at a jack in box. Is this a management issue or a company issue? The staff is always nice and the food is always alright considering it's fast food. Please always tip well and be nice to the staff?
Picked up drive up 3/12 # 7 PM ish a 2 PC dk chicken meal & was horrible. The chicken was cold, hard as rock & could tell been sitting around. Not fresh & not hot. Dirty rice cold awful. Did not look like usual, & cold slaw runny & terrible. I pkd up at window. I took home to eat & if had pkd there would have taken bk for fresh food or refund for sure!! So bad threw intrash. Usually this Bojangles good much better quality. I bodt 2 steak biscuits 3/14 & cold slaw & this meal very good & food temps good.
This place is right by my house and I never go - but once in awhile I break down and try to get some tacos - which they almost never have. The staff either tells me they're still frozen or they're out of them, and maybe that's true or they have supply chain issues, but this has been the case for the 5 years I've lived here - it's hit or miss. I guess if you want tacos you have to drive to Taco Bell in Matthews.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED Went there on Sat 2/5/2022 ordered like 4 sandwiches fries,& curly fries, sour dough bun sandwiches were cold bread was super hard, the curly / Regular fries looked like they were sitting in grease an stale an not fresh, not hot either, had a cashier that didn't know how to do half cash / card transactions, cashiers takes the correct change given for meal but steal swipe the whole thing on the card smh but never give the change back until I had to mention it I shouldn't have to do that. They need more training better up-to-date food that hot an not old an sitting for hours every hour drop new stuff to help bring the score of 87 up.
Gross DO NOT GO, one of the employees would eat a burger and lick his fingers and not wash his hands after. Stay away. The girl at the window was extremely rude, and my 3 year old sons meal was completely up side down. 2/16/22
Nastiest Jumbo Jack I've had. Milkshake was supposed to be strawberry but tasted like vanilla. Customer service was excellent though.
Everyone was very nice and polite. I got my food quick, and it was hot and taste great. Giving 5 stars, but there wasn't anyone in there and all the tables were dirty. Treat every job important, because cleanliness make people feel good, and they will treat you good in return. It's hard enough to for people to get along now days. So I appreciate the respect considering the hard times everyone is going through. Bless Ya'll, and thanks for the wonderful hospitality.
