I ordered door dash and I got 2 sauce loaded fries and all I got back was a small thing of normal curly fries and a burger bun? I tried just calling them to figure out what happened and see if they could fix it, and they answered and just immediately hung up. I tried again and just got immediately forwarded to there automatic message system which I couldn't leave a message for? I normally love jack in the box but I rather just got to Wendy's or Arby's at this point.
took forever to get my food. never even put ice in my drink. was pretty rude. not going back to that Jack in the box ever
Looks like they are not 24h anymore. We are from out of state and we’re super excited to have dinner here. We planned to be here late because of the 24h status of this restaurant. We would have made other plans or come earlier knowing they would be closed before 11:00 pm. We pulled up to the drive through at 10:25 pm, the restaurant was lit up as if open, waited at the speaker and no greeting. Dude at the window made us wait till we asked to be served to tell us “we are closed!” No explanation. Just rude.
Cold fries in the biggest bundle like they just threw it in the fryer not trying to break them up. My burger was burnt and cold yet cheese unmelted. My mini churros tasted like they’ve been sitting all day they were hard to bite into. I will give it to the one guy in the window @ night he was the most respectful person I’ve seen in this drive thru ever. This jack in the box went down fast they used to be so good
The mini tacos were unexpectedly delicious. The service in the drive through was slow and the burgers were mediocre in comparison to other fast food franchises. I would probably go back but the next time I would adjust my expectations accordingly.
Come here for a uber order and it takes over 20mins of waiting time because employee want to talk to customer holding up business and wasting gas for 8 dollars of food order in front of me
Sat in drivethru for 30 min. Finally placed order. 15 later got order. Curly fries and sandwich was cold. Egg rolls good. Mind you lobby was closed.Very disappointed.
I had a long hard day at work, pulled up before 9:15 hoping for comfort food and I drove away in tears because you said you had just taken your last order and were closed. I thought to myself, "that doesn't sound right". I looked you up when I got home: your closing hrs were 10pm. I am extremely disappointed in your staff's time management. Either change your hrs or fix your problems.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Some of the worst I've ever experienced. I had placed a mobile order and they were out of half the thing I ordered and then didn't tell me until I got to the window. Offered something else, like how am I supposed to know when the menu is behind me. I also had ordered curly fries had regular fries in the bag, so when I got done waiting on my replacement item to get done I asked and then was told they were out of the curly fries too. To wich I said well I don't want regular fries why didn't you tell me about that too. I had found one churro in my bag and asked where the rest of the order of churros we're she responded very rudely to me that they were obviously in the other bag. And she knows it she packed the bags her self. And then slammed the window in my face. Terrible terrible rude behavior. Wouldn't give me receipt. Will never return.
They heavy set dread head has bad customer service! Not only did he cut my order short, when I informed him I wasn't complete ordering, he informed me that they was about to close due to no 3rd shift workers! This was before 9pm, and I don't understand what 3rd shift has to do with anything if y'all have a sign posted that y'all close at 10??? That's just laziness if you ask me! All I wanted to add was some egg rolls to my order!!! On top of that, they shake machine never working, never have tea, fries always cold!!! At night this location is very disappointing. To sit in the drive thru for an hour, just to be told your out of half the menu, or closed till next shift comes in!!! Every time!!!
