I to my family last Saturday after hearing great things about it being the best pizza in Charlotte. This place has such a cute atmosphere and ambiance. I really enjoyed the Cesar salad. This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The dough was soggy, the toppings and cheese slid off the pizza and I personally was not a fan of the dough at all. For then to put the pizza in a 900 degree oven it did not seem like they did at all.
I recommend this pizza restaurant, it has a very modern and cozy American vibe with great vibes the pizza has different types for vegetarians and meat lovers.I like the time frame it took 15 minutes for the order to come, fresh and delicious! I would recommend it if the pizza had more flavor it was quite simple for the price of 15 dollars for a pizza with some cheese and 5 basil leaves and the pistachio $17 is alright. The kitchen is very clean and customer service is 10/10, would definitely recommend it.Come with your family and friends it’s perfect to have conversations.
Absolutely love everything I've gotten from here. The seasonal pizzas are always fun and my go-to is the pistachio pizza!
I had the “Maria” mixed mushroom pizza and it was quite delicious! Split a Caesar salad as they are large. Very very good pizza place. I’ll be back.
The pizza was perfect. We didn’t have to wait long at all; I loved the simplicity of ordering a good quality pizza as well as the cannoli was very yummy! They had a few choices as well as many other items I would like to try out sometime.
First and foremost-we are neighbors and have supported the restaurant since before they opened the Dilworth location-we love it and think the food is great. The reason i am writing this is as follows:Our neighbor gave us a $75 gift card for Christmas and today i wanted to use a portion of it when i came to place a sub $50 order to go. Apparently the restaurant has changed the payment vendors and somehow my gift card was shown as inactive. As a gesture of good faith, the manager on duty offered to comp my sub $50 order and forget everything about the gift card. I refused the offer because my neighbor gave me a gift for which he paid $75. I gave the neighbor's name and they said it's not possible to look up the transactions from December.Their suggestion was to go to my neighbor and ask him for the proof he purchased a gift card. I find this absurd and embarrassing. Also clearly this means you don't trust me.From my perspective there were two options you had:1. Comp my order and offer me a gift card for the difference between $75 and the cost of my order2. Accept my credit card as payment, take my contact information and go figure out a way to look up the transactions for gift card sales from December, match it with my neighbor's name, call me back, apologize for the inconvenience, and give me a new card for at least $75I am disappointed.
Good pizza, indifferent staff, the times given for takeout orders are absurdly wrong. My order tonight that promised a pizza in 45-50 minutes at the time of order is 30 minutes right now and I still haven’t seen it. Avoid this place if you value your time.
Friday was our first time at the Dilworth location and the staff were just as friendly and helpful as the Providence location. The crust makes it for us - slightly crunch outside & slightly chewy inside. Toppings are always fresh and flavors paired perfectly. Great location, possibly the best pizza in Charlotte and look forward to the next visit.
Great pizza and short wait time! We did the Maria pizza and added sausage to it, which made for a perfect flavor combination. Some of the best pizza in Charlotte!
Authentic real fired pizza. Great location. Hate the loud rock music, but I can deal with it for an hour. Excellent fresh salads. Great specials and decent wines by the glass. Best if you stick to the menu as posted. Salads large enough to share.
