Attention was 10/10 and food was delicious! They gave us a description of the menu items we were interested in and helped us decide what to order (everything looks delicious). Service was fast! Would totally go again.

Indaco may be some of the best service we’ve found in Charlotte. The host was so welcoming and our bartender was great. She made great recommendations and her drinks were delicious. We had the burrata, spicy Soppressata pizza and the clam pasta. Everything was so well done from the food to the decor.

We had reservations for 3 and wanted to sit downstairs, it took several people and over 5 minutes for them to accommodate when the restaurant was empty, they kept saying excuses that didn’t make since, I asked it I could taste the wine before I ordered the bottle and was told yes then he brought back the bottle, that was several minutes after the other person at the table received their drink so I just accepted the bottle which was very good thankfully. Our 3rd person ended up canceling so the host with the excuses came back to be condescending to us knowing we were now a 2 top table. Still not busy in the restaurant because our reservation was for 5:30. Once the bill came they ran my card for more than 20 dollars over the total amount which they had to fix. All the while they kept walking by looking at our table as if they wanted us to hurry since we were holding up a 4 top with 2 people, but we did have a bottle of wine to drink between the 2 of us since our 3rd couldn’t make it. We spent almost $300 for food, drinks, and dessert which was more than the 4 tops ordering pizza and beer. Just not the experience we had hoped for. Food and wine was good though.

Cool place, good vibe! Upstairs seating offers a great view of bar and kitchen. Entertaining while waiting! Portions are sized appropriately… no leftovers! We had burrata and pasta dishes. Both were tasty. Menu has ample variety. Being restaurant week (we didn’t know, not locals), the staff was challenged with multiple menus. So, it took a very long time to get each course. The burrata was confusing to the server as one of us was GF, but the other not. No bread was included, and it took awhile to get the bread. Pretty burnt toast when it arrived. The Manager who said he had been in town one week garnered extra points for walking us to the car under an umbrella when it was raining sideways. I enjoyed the food….be patient with the service if visiting on a bustling night.

Food was delicious. Service was great! I sat upstairs, it was date night so I like the more intimate setting. Drinks were great as well!
