We came for dinner with family. Had it in CA a while ago. Got excited hearing the name. Food tasted good. Ordered drinks, appetizers, entree's, dessert. Sitting space was tight, not much privacy. Got a table next to staff working table, was noisy, no separation. Will go again for food or takeout.
We are regular customers to this place for special occasions, the seating area is cool with good ambience, we get good indo Chinese dishes here in Charlotte, their soups, appetizers, fried rice, noodles, manchurian are always good and can never go wrong, they have good drinks options for kids and grownups, we always end up getting to go boxes back home for the next day from the dishes we order, they have good portions of plates and to me it is always worth the money spent here, we would highly recommend this place to our friends and family for the good Indo Chinese food. In our last visit on June end I feel this place is changing like the dishes fried rice bit salty, pan fried paneer little sweeter and there was little long wait than usual their Togo box containers, I could understand these changes could be due to the crowd as it was super busy, but this won’t stop me coming next time, if these things could be addressed it would be great experience.
Amazing food. Authentic. Great ambience. Their mustard Paneer and Basil thai fried rice are my favs.
Great Indo-Chinese food. The hospitality services has lot of room for improvement. This is my second time after 6 months and the service is same. The waiter comes and tells me that they are busy and I need to order food quickly. They have to understand that they cannot ruin the whole experience and mood of the evening for families. Who is not busy? Saying that you are busy sends wrong message.
I can't say enough about this place, visited with 15 of my friends the ambience is amazing. The food is great, both in terms of quality and quantity. The drinks are great, both in terms of looks and taste. The price is extremely decent. The staff are super friendly and provide great customer service. Couldn't have picked a better place in Charlotte for lunch and dinner??
Loved the food and ambience there. They have good offering of Indo chinese items, which is our favorite cuisine. Ambience and styling inside restaurant is modern and impressive. All the items we ordered came out good. Specifically liked the tom yum soup and chicken manchurian. Chilli fish was great too. Also tried the indian Maharaja beer.

Never ever order a delivery order over Inchings website. The delivery guy spilled the order and left uncleaned. They are not going to re deliver and the replacement has to be picked up from the restaurant. One of the horrible experience.
This place is really good with a wide variety of vegetarians,vegan and gluten-free options, food was delicious.
This is our second time coming the 1st and 2nd both time we came the customer service is bad and today they stop us and asked us for tip why would I tip when the service is not good and they were asking other customers if everything is okay or need anything.. why not us why they didn’t ask us and the 1st time we came we give tip .. we always tip but this time we didn’t because the service was not good.. and coming after us to outside and tell us to tip that is so wrong and also told us next timeIf we want to come only takeout no dine in for us .. I will never go to a place where they come after us and very very bad customer service.. NEVER AGAIN . not coming back here again .. If they can’t give good customer service at least don’t come after themTo their car that’s wrong ..other than saying sorry.. he tells me next time only take out .. I’m not coming here again .. accept that the customer service was not given to us.
