I had a great experience for breakfast this morning. Wait staff was awesome. Food was cooked to my order. Hostess was great. The way IHop used to be. Will definitely put this on my rotation of breakfast stops.

The food was good, but the portion I received isn’t even close to what I would get if I ate in the restaurant. During this time where money is already hard to come by and prices have gone up, I don’t expect to be short changed on food I pay for.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY !!!!! I HIGHLY recommend 'Highland Shoppes IHOP' and here is why... From when you walk thru the door, you are warmly greeted. The staff is always Courteous, friendly and Professional. The Dining room for 'Dine In' is always clean and comfortable. The Food is excellent, fairly priced and always delicious. The Store Manager Mr. Shibli does an excellent job over seeing everything, and the Kitchen and entire staff always do an incredible job making sure you have a great experience every time !!! Finally, I recommend the' Colorado Omelet'- My Favorite combination of ingredients all cooked together for an incredible breakfast every time. Pro-Tip: Order online for quick and easy pickup- allow extra time on weekends accordingly and Enjoy!!!

After ordering ahead online, arriving at the designated time, and then also waiting 20 minutes after that, I at least expected my food to be hot. Sausage links cold, pancakes (which were supposed to be “specialty” pancakes that I paid extra for were just buttermilk) cold and hard and eggs not cooked to specifications. Highly disappointed.

We love IHOP. We went there early morning on the weekend. It was not crowded and staff wore mask which I was very happy about. The food was great!

Me and my boyfriend tried this IHOP out after hearing bad things about it but willing to give it a chance because apparently they were under new management. The waiter and staff were kind. It was pretty clean but too crowded. The wait for the food was a little long but expected since it was busy. The food was pretty average, it came out cold and it made it not enjoyable. The price was fine I guess but not for the quality of the food. It needed to be better for the price. Anyway I wouldn’t go back there. Heard so many things and learned my lesson.

Very unprofessional and rude manager!!!! My omelette was re-heated and the veggies were added to an old one and thrown on top. My toast was completely stale, and the salsa I paid $1.29 for was left off. She tells me the toast is not stale, they always put veggies inside and she was only refunding the salsa and toast. Save your money and go anyplace else!!! She needs to be fired and has no business in customer service. I was sure to add the pic for her...where are the veggies....like I said on top and reheated smh.

The service here is NOT GOOD (under statement). 3rd times giving this location a try. We left without be served. Workers standing DIRECTLY BEHIND us and NOBODY came to our table. We asked if anyone working our table. Someone came over to explain the 3 things she would do before taking our order. NO THEY WERE NOT CROWDED. VERY BAD SERVICE HERE AGAIN. We're local, we WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

The waitress was great, the wait was minimal considering how many people were there, and the food was great! I think it is under new management because I had a much better experience here than I have before!

The customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund because my order was not ready 15 minutes after promised. The person told me I had to cancel my order online. I pulled up my IHOP account and asked where. I was then told to call IHOP , I asked for the number. They told me he was busy with online orders. My order was an online order through the IHOP website not a third party. I will not waste my time or money on rudeness. I understand you are busy but it only takes a minute to acknowledge a customer’s concern.
