There was NO sausage in the sausage gravy. gravy was only slightly thicker than water. Butter milk biscuits tasted like they came out of a Freezer bag. Sausage links were smaller than my Girl friends pinky. Smallest eggs they could find. No toothpicks and me and my girlfriend can't be far from a toilet since we got on the interstate
Just left IHOP for breakfast. Seated quickly and food was served fast as well. After eating most my toast I noticed it had mold on it. Let the server know so not to serve to anyone else. Said sorry but not to concerned. No senior discount on coffee. I wonder how many others enjoyed the bread? Server 666/ILani store #4500
It was an experience to say the least. It was definitely not like my past experiences of great food and service. The service was excellent from our waitress, but the food. Not so much. I won't even elaborate on the food or be negative, but the manager should have addressed the issue instead of putting it on the shoulders of the waitress when she was clearly checking with the manager to see what was the best thing to do.
My visit was on a busy Sunday morning. I was told there'd be a 20 minute wait, but my daughter and I got in a lot quicker than that. We experienced a super nice and welcoming waitress (Alexis) and delicious food, which came fast and hot!
Food was way overpriced. $12 for four tiny chicken strips and an instant waffle? The wait was short, but after we got our food our waitress was never to be heard from again. It was so awkward trying to flag down one of the other employees to pay our check while we pondering whether or not our water would ever be refilled. Staff were generally friendly and wore masks, but I still can't see myself returning to IHOP for a long time.
Came here on my lunch break and service was very quick. Food came out hot and my steak was cooked just how I asked. Whatever the marinade is in the steak but it’s awesome. Sort of like a sweet and savory. Customer service was great too
Came in this morning and ordered for dine in. My drink of choice was orange juice. When I started drinking it well I will call it orange water. It was the most terrible thing I ever tasted. I informed the waitress and she said it would come out tasting the same. I was better off just ordering water. Let’s see how the breakfast goes. Still waiting for it. Been here since 915. It’s now 955. So I ordered apple juice and it’s the same way. I hop has changed in my eyes and my stomach.

I ordered Swedish Crepes and they came slightly undercooked with the butter and jam served ice cold in a plastic container on the side. For some reason there was whipped cream on the crepes. I don't expect much from IHOP, but this location isn't even trying.
