I highly recommend IHOP it is a beautiful place. Delicious food great staff, will definitely be coming back
Attentive and prompt service, good food. Fantastic start to the day.
One word... ? Yum! The food was good and the wait staff was excellent!UPDATE: Another great experience at IHOP!
We kinda like the breakfast here, after we ordered it was ready after 5 minutes, but you can tell that the quality is not the same compared to others that take more time Cook. It's like a express breakfast when you are in a hurry and need to eat fast. The crepes and waffles were ok, maybe too buttery to our taste.
I had been in the hospital for roughly 3 days and hadn’t been able to eat due to dietary restrictions. Once that ban was lifted, I was told that I could eat whatever I wanted and so, loving breakfast food at any time of the day, and seeing that there was an ihop nearby, I began ordering enough that it could’ve been enough to feed a small family. You can imagine my disappointment when I opened the container and started seeing a few things missing, the wrong side and a couple other small issues with it. I wasn’t going to call and probably normally wouldn’t have since the issues weren’t huge and although I’d paid for the specialty pancakes and only received regular but, with this being my first meal I could enjoy, I decided to call and see if anything could be done. I’d spoken with the manager and she was very pleasant and kind about it. she apologized and said that they would replace what was wrong with the order and with me being in the hospital, said that she would leave a note at the managers office by the telephone to let them know to do it for me when I got out. Fast forward a few weeks and I got out of the hospital, and I remembered this arrangement that the manager made. I tried calling IHOP but, unbeknownst to me, they were having their phones worked on so, for a week, I continue to try and couldn’t reach them. I decided today that I was going to, after an appointment, head over to IHOP since I was close and see if they know it had still been there or if anyone remember or if the same manager had spoken with Was working and remembered. It was not same manager, it was a gentleman named Sean. I got 3/4 the way through my story and, he kind of waved it off and asked me what I had ordered and said that they would be more than happy to make the entire order again for me. There’s a type of person that can make everyone smile that’s around them and the kind that can work a crowd without appearing too showy or blusterous. Although he had stated he been off work for vacation when this would’ve happened, it was very apparent that Sean Is the manager and that he has been doing this for a while. I moved to the state months ago and, knowing no one down here and having no friends or family even in the surrounding states, being in the hospital and diagnosed with lifelong illness has been extremely difficult. I’m grateful for people like Sean who took the time to listen to me after he got my order put in. He took the time to talk to me, to relate to my story In an empathetic fashion, and he made me feel like, although I have no friends or family here and I’m hundreds of miles from “home”, someone cared enough to apologize and correct a mistake, to offer an ear and to feed me a meal. And where I’m from, that’s how we define home. Thank you Sean and Staff for an all around great experience.
Awful. If there were negative stars, it would be -50. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait only to wait an hour and end up leaving hungry. The "manager" on duty hid in the back as to not deal with the lobby full of hungry patrons. This was the worst dining experience I ever had - if you can call it that since I never got to actually dine. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
Arrived about 2am after a very late flight. A few tables but greeted and seated right away. Waitress apologized for coming to table late as she was with other customers but she was great, friendly and gave good service. The pancakes I ordered fell apart once I cut into them but they were delicious. Like the healthier harvest grain option. They're my favorite, but no more boysenberry syrupI highly recommend the restaurant great service. But keep your vehicle locked. Large amount of transients in the area 24/7
Staff wasn't very friendly today. I would also suggest saving on the plastic waste and bring back syrup bottles. Otherwise great food.
Where do I begin ? Sloooow. Took forever to get our order. Neither of us got what we ordered. The food wasn't even warm and the pancakes were awful !!! Didn't taste fresh and was cold in the middle. The waitress was great though. She was new and she was trying her best.
This is one of the worst IHOPs I've been to. I took my daughter here for her 9th birthday. We waited 35 minutes to order and 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive our food. They were short staffed, which was understandable, but I never expected to wait that long. When we got our food, the pancakes were overcooked and cold and my hasbrowns were overcooked. Thankfully, the manager reduced my order which was nice, but we will not be returning. Visit at your own risk.
