Worst customer service experience, that lady needs to be fired!! Simple questions about deli, meat are very complicated for this place to answer.

This is a total scam, we asked for 6 pounds of lamb and got 6 pounds of bones and fat for 15 dollars per pound. That's almost 100 dollars and huge money for someone working minimum wage. When we asked to return it or even to exchange it for something less pathetic they turned us down for “covid reasons”.
Really nice people I ordered 3lbs of chicken wings and they were kind of small wish they were a little bigger other than that I will be back
I know the quality of meat , they spent time to trim fat and they don’t charge for labor, definitely if I don’t want fat weight will go down , I love to buy from here because they trim the meat very well I don’t have to trim it again at my house before I cooking I highly recommend this place to my friends
We ordered 6 lbs of goat meat and they gave us only 5 lbs saying that since the fat is removed!!
Too costly compared to other places and we ordered for 6lbs and they gave is only 5lbs saying 1lb fat
Worst meat shop. Don’t buy goat/lamb here.
