Wow let me tell i ask Google for local pizza and on my way to another place that is about 7 miles up the road we stumbled up this pizza place and decided to stop here instead of driving 8 more minutes. And it was the best decision ever our waiter was super nice and friendly beside that the pizza was better then New York style pizza they make there own marinera sauce wow just wow pls stop by. Oh and there prices are reasonable. And u can bring your ? with you and eat out in there lovely patio. And this is coming from a Yankees fan.
I was a devout Librettos Pizza fan when moving to Charlotte from New York City 12 years ago. However Libretto’s has closed multiple locations near uptown and the last 3 pizzas I have ordered from Libretto’s were more like a Pizza Hut pie not New York City style pie. So I gave Hawthorne’s a shot and the last 10 pizzas I’ve ordered have been unbelievably great and looking like & tasting like they came right off of 42nd St. They are now my go to pizza here in the Queen City. Great work Hawthorne’s… you’ve got a customer for life now.
one of my favorite pizzas in the charlotte area. I'm from Chicago, so I order mine with extra sauce, and I would recommend the same. But all around solid slices that are never disappointing.
Bae has been craving a Stromboli for a while now. We usually pick our dinner places based on my dietary needs. Tonight I decided to satisfy his craving.We happen to step into his old eating grounds. And found the best seat on the patio.Our server Cory was super nice and thoughtful. The food was delicious. Overall a great experience for us!
The perfect Caesar salad and great pizza. One of the best patios in town. And Kim is the most wonderful server, so sweet and attentive. She makes the place! Keep this woman at all costs.
My experience was hands down amazing! First time I visited here, everyone is so kind. Now I like my pizza fluffy ? I was so thankful that the bartender who served us gave us a variety of options on the menú. She made us feel welcomed, so attentive and definetley new how to multi-task. Now let me tell you the pizza when it arrived to our table FLUFFY AND SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!! This restraunt is now my #1 pizza place . Overall not only the pizza was BOMB and had a variety of other dishes ???? THE SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR.

Nice little pizza place. The garlic knots as a starter were super delicious. I got the individual chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was really good, but I did get tired of the taste after awhile. Might have just been me. My husband said the It sausage/pepp Stromboli was good as well. The cheesecake was comparable in goodness to Cheesecake Factory and the cannolis were delicious.
Very good pizza and wings. Service was super quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Man the first time me and my friends ate here we had a blast. The pizza was good, like a 7/10. But man we order one of each of there wings. And boy was that the right call. Their sweet BBQ i think it was called was amazing. Those were some of the best wings I've had. Dam I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
