Been going to green brothers for years, they got rid of chow now to order pick up & their website (thru lunch box) is not user friendly nor the staff (anymore). I tried 3 times to order on the website, you can login with your google emails or create an account - tried to login w my google emails they sent you verification codes to make sure it’s your cell phone you’re using, but it won’t let me enter my card info - just not user friendly on the phones. tried 3 separate times then gave up and called up there and just like last time I called a couple weeks ago, the staff says you need to use the website and don’t take orders through the phone. So I finally gave up - and went to clean juice. I feel with businesses you should be able to order with what is convenient and easy for you because you’re the customer that’s paying. Whether it’s in person, on the phone or a more user friendly website. I’ve never had a place say they can’t help you over the phone. Clean juice it is!
I am new to the area and while my friend was in town and we decided to stop in because of the good reviews. I think that the items on the menu are mediocre and expensive. We did not feel this was a friendly environment. The staff was not friendly or open to answering questions.
Love my friends at Green Brothers! Eating healthy can taste good when you trust Green Brothers Juice & Smoothie Co. Unlike the national chain smoothie joints they don’t use ice and cheap syrup fillers. GB finds a way to source the best super food ingredients and combine just the right flavors. My body always responds well to eating clean here, I should probably make it routine.
I was making a delivery to the store and said I’m try me a smoothie. I got the Captain Clutch smoothie, it’s funny cause Captain Clutch is one of my nicknames lol and this smoothie didn’t disappoint me at all, left me wanting more. I’ll be back sooner than later :-)

Food and smoothies are great, but service was terrible. She came out with no mask on, and was rude while taking my order. A guy walked in right after me and she was super sweet to him? Cashiers name was Jess.

Nice clean environment. Plenty of inventory and lots of options.Really appreciate how nice everybody is behind the counter. It makes a big difference to have great customer service.I will return here weekly.
