This is literally my favorite boba spot in charlotte!! From what I noticed they are suuuper authentic also!! So the only nondairy items are the items with no milk at all!Best tapioca around! I recommend trying the brown sugar series!!! Or any fruity black teas and adding in tapioca!! I love getting the strawberryBlack tea with tapioca omg it is soooo refreshing!!
I have been twice. So I am still learning what I like as far as flavors. So far everything was good. I know to ask for less ice next time for the Matcha Latte. But the customer service is great. I like how they have the steps on a board, showing how to order your drink. Clean store and convenient to wip in and out of.
This location is very cute and usually not busy. The boba can be a hit or miss. Sometimes the boba taste old/cold, and it kinda ruins the drink. The drinks usually cost $7 each, so it's okay. The staff are cool! They've never been rude towards me or my family.
Lots of drink options. The owner and staff are kind and pretty fast with making drinks. Love the decor. First time I've seen a creme brulee option at boba places. For my strawberry milk tea, I opted for the strawberry pearls and I highly recommend it! So delicious and they're heart shaped! Super cute. I'll come back when I'm the area for sure.
I had never been here and wanted to try it out. I tried the very basic. Regular milk tea with boba normal sugar less ice. The cashier almost charged me $62 and then ultimately entered my order wrong as least amount of sugar full ice. I get that the computer can be tricky but next time just check back with the customer their order. Or if an employee doesn’t know something it never hurts to ask, it’s all part of the learning process :) I will admit the environment was nice and super cute.
The worst customer service ever! The Caucasian guy is so rude and acts like he doesn’t want to serve us I called on several diff occasions asking for boba waffle they either always out of it or it’ll take 3hours to mix the batter. And the big body Asian lady never makes eye contact when we come in probably because she doesn’t want to serve us. The worst service ever. The Caucasian rolled his eyes while making drink tossing cup around just all around rude !
Would leave 0 stars if possible because they do not carry thai tea. How can you sell boba with no thai tea?! Black tea too milky and boba pearls tasted bland, need more brown sugar in pearls
Very bad customer service! I came to order bubble tea and this white tall guy took the orders. He acted like he didn’t want to be there! When he talked to me, he looked somwhere else instead of looking at customer’s face. He didn’t really listen to what I want to order. Never come back again! This place needs a better manager!!
The lady took my order on Sunday morning was so dumb. She couldn't adjust my order when all I asked was to replace the milk foam top with the creme brulee topping, because I said I couldn't tolerate too much milk in a coffee drink. She even lied that the coffee was already mixed with milk, while last time I was there ordered the black coffee milk foam, I saw them used cold black coffee then put the milk foam separately. I don't care how good their drink is, but customers service was terrible, no flexibility at all.
Great bubble tea place, probably in the top 3 in Charlotte for boba. I got the Matcha Milk Tea with strawberry milk foam and it was great. I'm not a big fan of tapioca, but all my friends said their tapioca was good. I've been here multiple times and I've never had a bad experience. Would recommend!
