Worse ice cream I’ve ever had! Felt bad so we ordered some and threw it right out.
We went tonight near 9pm. The young man serving the ice cream was very help and kind. The young lady that was the cashier never greeted us, said thank you, or anything remotely close to positive customer service. I wanted to leave a tip but I didn’t have cash bc I didn’t want it to go to her. I would’ve given 1 star if it wasn’t for him. The ice cream pretty good.
I had an amazing experience. I came here for the frozen dog treats really. It's nice they always have a vegan ice cream in rotation. The employee was so kind and helpful. The flavors change so much, so he helped me pick something out for my dad. I've honestly never had a vegan ice cream with such a smooth consistency. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back.
First try and the milkshakes were great!!!!!
So there is this guy I think his name tag said juan. who was so nice and I felt that he had a genuine attitude about everything and he deserves credit for the service that he did today. the peanut butter oreo is one of my favorites I understand it's in rotation when I asked. But the other one that he recommended and I enjoyed is the orange spiced sorbet.
Don’t go here. Service is bad. Employees are rude. Ice cream was not goo either. No way this is a 5 star creamery. The kids working didn’t seem to care at all. The flavors of the cream were bad. Almost sour tasting. This review isn’t anonymous. I’d be happy to discuss this with the owner/manger. I’m sure they’d like to know how their store was being run by two irresponsible teens when they weren’t there.
I live nearby. See lots of people enjoying it. Finally stopped in for some scoops. It's okay. Not creamy. Kinda homemade grainy. My husband said the same of his. Cute shop but probably not coming back as the ice cream was not really great. Prefer Jeni's Park Road Shopping Center, or even a pint of Ben & Jerrys, which was disappointing because I really like the location and convenience.
I warned my girlfriend that this place was garbage about after trying the Salted Oreo flavor, which tasted like frozen expired Oreos blended with pasta water, but she insisted we give it another chance.What a ride! We got two flavors served by 16 year olds and we were in for a treat. Frostbite ice cream with no flavor and a lot of begging for something with sweetness to pop-up. You’re better off going to the bottom of your freezer and scraping whatever flavor you can pull out of there.Good luck!
Good customer service. Price was reasonable. I was disappointed that there was not a flavor with nuts in it (pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc.) They do have chopped peanuts that you can put on top. Not the same but the ice cream was good.
First time here and we loved it! I didn’t get to take any photos, because the icecream was so good ahah. I got a cone with classic vanilla and strawberry. My husband got a cone with salted Oreo and mint icecream. (Salted Oreo is heavy on the salt so make sure to ask to taste it first)Absolutely delicious and the place is really clean and friendly. The price was much more worth it compared other icecream shops in Charlotte:) maybe it’s because it’s homemade? We’ll be back on our next date night ?
