Got take out from Fujiyama today. The staff was super nice. I got the teriyaki vegetables which comes with grilled vegetables, white rice, and a side salad with really good house dressing. Pretty good and one of the few options that is still open in Latta Arcade.
This is the best place in Charlotte for traditional Japanese food hands down. The Katsudon is amazing and for the cost there is no place in Charlotte that can beat them.I really wish they stayed open longer than lunch, I could see them killing it with the dinner/late night crowds. It's the only reason stopping me from eating there every other day!
I took a risk on this spot after chipotle was stuffed, and I'm so happy I did. Exceptionally perfect shop. The client support was superb and the menu is not difficult to peruse. The food was really delectable, I got the chicken bibimbab without carrots. Would return once more!

Nice spot for Japanese food. got there about two, it was not packed. the staff was very helpful and observant. not close to my job, i wish it was.
