Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I won’t talk about how Uber eats took an hour. I was very upset about that. But when I open up my food after driving for 13 hours to get here, and it’s flavorless and unseasoned, that’s inexcusable. Literally everything I ordered was bland. This was honestly the worst hibachi I’ve ever had. I’m appalled
I’ve actually never had such a bad place to eat for hibachi?? It’s almost crazy how terrible it was - the miso soup tasted like sweaty water with NO miso flavor, the steak was COMPLETELY UNSEASONED AND OVERCOOKED, the rice had NO soy sauce or teriyaki or anything it was just oiled up rice, the carrots were from a can, and the gyoza were frozen on the inside - TERRIBLE!! Do not waste your money, McDonald’s trash is better for real
When you order steak hibachi to go, you can let the over cooked steak go. But when it shows up and its just rice, canned carrots, and over cooked steak? This place is unexcusible, and an insult to hibachi. Blows my mind that a restaurant of this quality can stay open this day in age.
Wonderful time had by all tonight at Fuji's. I think every table had a birthday...our group had three! The food was delicious as always, the cook was hilarious, and our server never let our glasses get empty or our shrimp sauce run out. Fuji's is just the best place to go when you want to celebrate!!!
I wish I would have read the reviews on Google before I ordered through Grubhub. I never had shrimp hibachi with just mushrooms thrown on top and a side of carrots. I don't even like mushrooms. No Broccoli, onions, Zucchini, or squash. I was expecting at least one of those. Anyway, ordered 3 dinners for $60 plus tip and none of us enjoyed our food. Salmon was dry, shrimp was salty, mushrooms were burnt. Underwhelming to say the least. Never again.
Expected Rice to have vegetables based on picture. Just plain fried rice. A little bland. Customer Service was great.
Food is decent here but the hibachi meals are all ala cart. Ordered online and received only hibachi chicken with mushrooms and fried rice... with no vegetables in the rice or on the side (no zucchini, no onions.)... NEVER had to pay for that separately so I was very disappointed and likely wouldn't order again.

The food I got was just alright. I ordered the steak medium but most of the pieces were well done. Also for fried rice, they just gave me some rice with soy sauce and some sweet carrots in the side. The sauce really helped the flavor and made the meat easier to eat.
I just ordered a shrimp and chicken plate. When I received the order, there was no shrimp or veggies, and the chicken was cold. No love was put into the food. ?
