Staff was friendly and the food was good. However, Place could use a little cleaning. The bathroom sink was backed up and nasty. The area by the soft drink machine looked like it Hadden been wiped down all day. Please remember people are eating here and in these crazy times cleanest is key to success.
Great food but a hit pricey for the options. Burger and fries were hot and cooked to order but there was a long wait.
Just left this place. Ordered 3 milkshakes. Get to the window, she hands me my milkshakes with no whip cream, and no straws. I asked for straws and she said they were out of milkshake straws and that she has regular straws. We said that was fine. She hands me spoons instead. How and I supposed to eat a milkshake with a spoon while driving? Terrible service!! Oh and also the Dining area is randomly closed so I couldn’t go in.
First time ever having Freddy's.And I won't say give them a try but this particular facility is sub par by leaps and bounds .The burgers we order were just not worth the 47$ we spent on them .And that was the best part of the entire experience.The lobby is closed without clearly giving reson .The staff that waited on us and served at the window was blatantly put out of her way to do the job she was being paid for and we were made to wait a extra 8 minutes as we watched our food sit on the counter. And as we were dismissed from the window we found that there was no straws or napkins.Fries were cold and had a strong sour taste as if the fry oil had not been changed in some time ..Sorry for being so long winded but good service need to be recognized.And so does poor service.
We had such a great experience here on our first visit and we now frequent this restaurant / location. The quality of the food is great but the customer service is even better. Marcus is such a bright person and is professional, courteous, and kind. He really makes it worth the visit, even if only interacting with him via drive thru. He goes above and beyond and really makes it a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you Marcus!!!!
I would avoid this restaurant location at all costs. It is over 7 dollars for a single bacon cheeseburger with NO drink or side. The bacon was practically uncooked. It was a super long wait time. I was refused a recipt. And to top it all off they have a sanitation rating of 88.5, which speaks for itself. I have been to many Freddy's before and have never experienced such poor service and foul tasting food. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Food was great, the wait was not, and dinning area and bathroom was a wreck on this Thursday night around 9pm... Maybe they're having a bad night!. Heard a guy bragging about the chilly cheese fries, so i think I'll try them next time. Steak burgers and fries are delicious!..
My husband went here at about 7pm to get him some food. He had ordered a large drink with no ice. They gave him a small drink with ice & he told them that was the wrong size & again had to repeat no ice when they handed it to him. Before they had the window closed, he heard one if the ladies say “I don’t care I’m going to charge him for both drinks.” After rolling her eyes. They didn’t even give him his receipt. Make sure you get your receipt before you leave to make sure they don’t charge you for their mess ups.
This was our first visit to the restaurant. We heard about it via Facebook and wanted to give it a try. We live about 40 minutes away in the Hickory area. On our arrival we found it to be busy as this was a Saturday afternoon but was greeted with smiles from the employees as we approached the counter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A young lady took our order promptly and thanked us for coming. As we waited for our number to be called we was informed that due to staffing there was no one on the floor and orders were to go because tables were not promptly cleaned. A delightful woman approached and informed us we could sit down that the tables was just attended to and was a miss communication from the cashier. She was the new manager of the store. This young lady presented herself with professionalism and curiosity and was a pleasure to speak with. We would like to thank her and her staff for their kindness and will definitely be back.
The burgers are good. The fries are hit or miss. Sometimes cold and sometimes fresh.The customer service and friendliness of the staff could use a little work. Overall an average place to grab food.
