I love 5 guys but this time around has me reconsidering ever going back. Unfortunately, the prices aren't quite worth it anymore at $13 for a bacon cheeseburger. The manager who took my order made me feel like I was a bother, and didn't smile when I met him with one. Lastly they forgot the grilled onions and 2 other topping on my burger.
We both order the bacon cheese burger and shared a larger order of fries. The burger had good taste, reminded me a bit of my own cooking. My wife wasn't impressed as much, she actually told me she would prefer a Big Mac.The fries were very hot (good) but super salty. So you'll probably want a drink...It's a bit confusing because all meals come in a paper sack, which makes you feel like they want you to leave.Everyone was polite.Tables weren't very clean, staff was heavily focused on cooking. They were fairly busy for around 9 PM. This also gave the impression they didn't want you hanging around.Expensive in comparison to almost all other burger places in the area, unless it's more of a dining atmosphere. The two burgers, large fries and two drinks was north of $30 after tax.
Stood in the store today for about 15 minutes no one acknowledged me no one said anything. My order I was supposed to pick up was sitting while everyone was staring into space the short white chubby manager need some better training yet after about 15 minutes she asked me if I’m waiting for a pick up. Why else would I be standing in the pick up area? Never even acknowledged me for 15 minutes so why acknowledge me now? Horrible management skills
The staff is very friendly at this location. The food, while pricey, is really good. Combining good food with friendly staff makes the price worth it! I recommend this location if you are looking for quality service and yummy food!
The quality at this location is on a downward spiral. Ordered food today, and the first thing I noticed was there was no cup for my fries - just a handful thrown into the bag. Looked past it, because no big deal. THEN I get to the last piece of my burger and noticed a hair in the onions! No excusing this.
If you go during the day you will enjoy. Evening or on weekend evenings, don't bother coming.

Food was good, better than FAST FOOD but not quite worth triple the cost. It is GOOD but if your expecting greatest of all time you will be upset. Customer service was transactional at best. Decent experience but for the cost I'd say it's not worth it.
We tend to look for a Five Guys whenever we travel. The quality of the food is tasty and plentiful. The fries are always fresh out of the fryer and hot and delicious. My only complaint for this visit to this particular meal was that the toppings were not as plentiful as other stores. We have yet to have a bad meal from Five Guys and will continue to seek them out in our travels. Keep up the good work guys!!! Give them a try if you're looking for a good burger!
Amazing location, this place earned its 5 stars. My girlfriend had a pretty difficult order, and even though it was confusing they made it easy and I’m thankful for that. I usually don’t tip when I’m not eating in but they deserved it. Definitely coming back here!
