The lemonade & tea was watered down, the server we had didnât give any small talk or no sort of conversation. She was just putting stuff on table and walking away. I had a âLemon Dropâ to drink, it was decent. I think we had high expectations & they werenât met at all.

My husband had to send his steak back and when another one was replaced he still couldn't finish it due to the same reason, my daughters chicken was also sent back, hers was so dry she couldn't eat it, they brought out two tiny loafs of bread for seven people, it should have but cut in the kitchen because the mess it made on the table was disturbing. the drinks we ordered took much to long to receive and the ice was already melting. the inside temp of the restaurant was very uncomfortable due to how hot it was. My daughters had to leave to go outside to cool off. Hearing the cooks fight in the kitchen was not pleasant, they are not Chef Ramsey. We will not be rushing back.

We love Firebirds! The food and service was excellent. Itâs a bit pricey. And the restaurant was very crowded and it was difficult to have a conversation with a friend. We couldnât hear each other very well.
Firebirds food quality is always outstanding. Our server, Katie, was exceptional, just the right amount of attention given without overdoing it. She served us efficiently and responded to every request.

Firebirds has been one of very favorite Restaurants for many years. This visit was another most pleasant experience. Our server: Tati, was helpful, informative, friendly. The food was quite tasty.
This Firebirds location is usually very consistent with quality of food and service. However, tonight was a disappointing exception. We ordered the 7oz fillets - for - two special, ordering both steaks medium. The steaks were really tough for fillet, and both were closer to medium well or well done. Baked potatoes were also overcooked. We will return and hope for better next time.
