No parking. What ordered and what delivered was totally incorrect. Ordered medium steaks. One steak was well and the other was med-rare. Ordered baked potato with butter, cheese, and bacon. Arrived with butter. Meal was not served hot. Table was sticky and not clean. McDonaldâs service at a fancy steakhouse price. Eat elsewhere.
We dine at the Columbus OH Firebirds and absolutely love it! We found this one in Charlotte to not be as clean-ugh! Further, our salad was brought out with our food and 2 people in our party received their food about 8 min prior to the othersâ¦..should have been brought out together!
Hostess was completely untrained and had a long line of people trying to get seated. Service was OK at best. Food is OK but very overpriced.
My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I went to Firebirds Southpark for brunch this past weekend. Mike and trainee Winnie were fantastic! The food was great as well!

Not a great experience.. Took 20 minutes for our drinks, and we had to check on them with our waitress. When they arrived, they had clearly been sitting because mine was watered down and my boyfriends had two flies in it. Long wait, and Wrong salad was brought to me. No bread was offered, we had to ask twice. Prime rib was room temperature, if that⦠Overall just not a very attentive staff either.
Found a piece of glass in the salad. Server wasnât the best. Manager was nice and did fix the salad and took off the bill. Wouldnât go back to this location. Scary finding glass in the food.
Food was cooked to perfection and service was top notch!!
Lovely staff, delicious food. Great place for a business meeting.
