It was very loud. Food was excellent 10/10. Service was wonderful and accommodating.

Very nice informal lunch setting with very attentive service, good food and reasonable value.
I met friends at this restaurant to celebrate the birthday of one of the attendees. We met during the lunch service. Everyone agreed that their food was good (most of us had soup or salad, and sandwiches, one person got pasta). Everyones food arrived at the same time. The ambience was thrown off a bit by the noise level, but we were able to talk without raising our voices. The service was impacted by what appeared to be a shortage of staff. All of the staff were friendly, and our waitress was responsive and as attentive as she could be give the apparent size of her station. I would recommend this restaurant to others.
We came out for a dinner for two special, two filets, two sides. The food was excellent, service was very good. A nice, quiet restaurant.
Prime rib was thin but good, busy because of restaurant week. Drinks were phenomenal.

Food was excellent but the wait time was longer than usual because it was restaurant week. We were seated at our time almost immediately. Wait Staff was also friendly.
My wife and I went to Firebird for one of her birthday weekend dinnersâ¦and we werenât disappointed! We made reservations ahead and were promptly greeted and seated within 8mins of our arrival. The service only got better from there. As we were settling in and deciding on what to eat, the GM, Domonique, came by to welcome us and introduce us to our waitress, Randi. The entire experience was top-notch! My wife felt special, the service was excellent, the food was spectacular, and the hospitality from the staff will be the reason we continue to go back! I canât thank Dominique and Randi enough for an awesome experience!
Iâve dined at this location several times. However I found the service and setup lacking the quality in the past. Our table was dirty when we were seated. Our server didnât remove all the dirty dishes between courses and never offered to refill our glasses.
Good wait staff no complaints would return in thr future
