Food was/is excellent. Dude can throw down in the kitchen. Are the jerk chicken, combo plate. Banging. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu ????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Yooooo, this is the most petty Caribbean spot in the city. I ordered a Brown Stew chicken on Uber Eats. They clearly can see order placed. The Uber driver get there and they say there is no Brown Stew Chicken, so I tell the driver … please ask the manager if he’ll just swap it out for an Oxtails…. The requested more money instead of keeping a customer avoiding a this review. A restaurant that doesn’t put their patrons first…… is the worst business. I think there could have been a compromise instead of a upscale after waiting for an hour. If your using a delivery service, avoid this establishment. Lawrence’s, Mama’s, Caribbean Hut…..are well to do establishments that embody the YARD SPIRIT ??
Ridiculous for a jamaican/Caribbean restaurant. They serve you in a compartmental tray and give you a small portion of meat and call it a large and the meat is bland .. even the cabbage which is a standard was a little rancent and surprising because it was distasteful. And to add to the disappointment I order Sorrell & ginger thinking I was getting fresh homemade drink and they sent me a ginger beer... very disappointing and recommend avoiding because it will leave you with a bad taste of west indies dishes
Just stopped by to grab a bite to eat and the food was delicious! Will be back to try to Jerk Chicken next time?
PLEASE READSo trust the reviews. I ordered door dash. Food came oxtails dry, mac and cheese super duper dry, cabbage good but salty, rice was dry. Everything did have flavor. Expectations were not high because of reviews. By the way partions are very small. Not impressed at all will not be back.
Presentation is great but not worth the price of the food even with prices going up on food. Ordered large oxtails and large curry goat; believed the order was a small portion.
Curry goat was excellent the steamed cabbage was good the jerk chicken that my fiance got was good... just lil slow on service... highly recommend tho

The food is decent, but they are SLOOOOWWWW AF! I ordered a large curry goat and two sides of oxtails, took 45 minutes. Why? Dude came out the back 45 minutes later with Mac& cheese and cabbage, then got the goat from a bin in the front.SO WHAT THE F WAS HE DOING IN THE BACK ALL THAT TIME?I was the only customer in the store!
