Wow. SO much flavor in every dish we had. Taj Mahal beer complemented the food very well. This restaurant is so delicious I’d go back tomorrow! Excited to try all the other menu items. (And what a friendly staff!)Update: I went back the next day. The chicken drumsticks are amazing. Chicken Kanthmandu fried rice is out of this world. You need to try this place

Best Nepali Food In Charlotte,NC !!!This Was Our First Time Trying Nepali Food And Didn’t Know What to Expect. @everestbistro and @rupaksundas Made The Tastiest Dumplings,Chicken Lollipops And Much More And Even Came Serval Times To Our Table To Make Sure We Enjoyed Ourselves !✨He Even Added A Complementary Dessert Called , Gulab Jamun Which Was So Delicate That It Melted In Your Mouth ? #halal #foodie

“Hidden Gem” Authentic flavors. Flavorful and cooked to perfection. Had a chance to eat a few items off the menu. Asides from being amazed by the food, the service was great. Had a chance to eat some chicken momos , samosas, and chicken drum sticks. We chased them them down with mango lassi. We had gulabi chicken, gang garee, and chicken pad Thai. And dessert we finished off with masala chai and rasmalai which was my first time having and it and loved it.

This is an under the radar delicious Nepali restaurant. Service is always excellent. All their food is prepared daily and made to order. You can dictate your spice level if you are a scaredy cat. We tried the curry goat, paneer, momos, samosa chaat, lamb sekuwa, mango chana chaat. Everything I would order again. Don't forget chai!

Wow. This place offers incredibly delicious authentic food. The curry is so good. My dad grew up in Afghanistan and would travel around eating food all over South Asia, and he said this was some of the best he's had. Definitely recommend this "hole in the wall" gem.

Wow! Don't let the building fool you, the food was absolutely the BEST, authentic Thai--short of taking a trip to Thailand/Nepal.

Everything we tried was excellent. Chicken momos. Gaeng ped. Classic curry. Wonderful staff.

Stopped by Sat after a visit to the Pottery Festival. So glad we did. Staff was very helpful in guiding us both for "first-timer" choices and spice level. Had a curry that was lovely - suggested to add broccoli and that was worth the upcharge of $2. Tried the dumplings - sauce was a bit spicy at first but became just pleasantly warm. Added garlic bread - much like naan but thinner and crispier on the outside. Waitstaff brought us a dessert on the house - lovely - very sweet but only having one bite was a delightful finish to the meal. Can't wait to go back and explore the noodle dishes and other curries and appetizers. Highly recommend.

Just moved to the Charlotte area and trying to find good authentic cuisine. Stumbled across this place and I am so happy I did! The staff were so friendly gave me recommendations based off what I was looking for, super informative and know their stuff. Even offered to let me taste so I could see if I would like a certain curry. Always checked up to make sure I was okay or if I needed anything. Food was amazing and I will definitely be back! I got Gaeng Garee curry with chicken and broccoli and their Misala Chiya, which is a Nepali milk tea.

If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, it's not easy to find, which is how we ended up here.We went with friends and shared:- Samosa Chaat- Mango Chana Chaat- Veg Momos- Lamb Sekuwa- Khasi ko Masu- Gaeng Garee (paneer)- Hariyo Khorsani (chicken)- Garlic BreadMy favorite dishes were the Momos and Khasi ko Masu. The goat was very tender and the sauce was flavorful. My next favorite dishes were the Mango Chana Chaat and Gaeng Garee. They gave enough seating for 4 people total outside which we were happy to take.If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, check this spot out.
