We came in at what seemed to be peak time, so the service was a little slow getting to us. About 15 minutes, however, after that everything was outstanding as usual. Food was great, service came right around after the initial delay and the people and environment in general was good. Relaxed setting, decent conversation with other tables. Just an all around great experience. We do this every year for our anniversary and I don't see any reason to stop now...

Estampa Gaucha - excellent as always; food, service, and setting.
Compared to its sister restaurant in Florida, this Estampa was very disappointing. The second youâre sat you are literally bombarded by people asking you if you want meat. I mean I get thatâs why we were there, but when thereâs so many that they are literally tripping over themselvesâ¦there are too many. Most of the staff didnât speak English, those that did couldnât be heard due to loud music. We drove 3 hrs each way and made a weekend of it to go to this restaurant, and we will never ever go back. Sad really.
We went here for Fatherâs Day and had a wonderful meal. We always have fantastic service here and the food is fantastic.
Estampa Gaucha is a nice place to eat with excellent service but I think itâs somewhat overpriced. I would still recommend it. Itâs a nice experience.
The service from the servers was outstanding, one of the best I have ever received in Charlotte.
We decided to try this restaurant instead of the bigger Brazilian steakhouse in town based on several reviews. We found this absolutely was not as good. The meat was way overcooked and was not seasoned appropriately and had no flavor. I had to ask for any type of sauce and they pulled a chimunchurri from the back. The salad bar had a nice selection, but smaller than some of the other Brazilian's we have visited. We likely will not return.
It was our first time here at this restaurant and I must say this place was absolutely great! We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday and from the moment we walked in everyone was welcoming and really polite. The food was amazing and had a variety of selection at the salad bar. If you are looking for a great place to eat with great service this place is it, highly recommend.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon being sat, we went up to grab some food from the salad bar, which had a broad selection of lettuce, veggies and proteins (like smoked salmon). There was some fruit selection as well. Not long after we sat down did the meats start coming. They came every couple of minutes or so. Each meat was cooked to perfection. We were checked in on often and asked if there were any meats or food that we wanted more of. We loved the filets with bacon (I call that one out, but truly there wasnât one I didnât like)⦠but the pineapple with cinnamon was mouth watering amazing. They must have come to our table 5 times just to fill us up on that. We ate so much! But again, the staff was so friendly that we were laughing along with them. They didnât try to hold back food. One of the servers spoke little English, but that didnât stop him from making jokes with us and making it fun when he would bring more meats! If and when I make a trip back to Charlotte, they will be on my list of places to revisit. It was worth every penny and I will remember my experience fondly!
