Visited the truck at around 8 on Saturday, no wait. Never had Puerto Rican food before, it was wonderful. Don't know the name but it was plantains with cheese and rice, beans and beef. Could eat that every day. Got an order of empanadas and they were perfect. Very nice, helpful people. Much better value than anything else in the area.
