Always super good, I've gotten my order a bit wrong going through the drive thru every now and then, but it's usually pretty solid (plus if you go in they're super helpful). The seats inside are super comfy and all the employees are super nice.
It was really good I was able to have it in the car I had the garden avocado and it was to die for
The bagels and atmosphere are alright, however it’s crazy that they won’t toast your bagels at a bagel establishment. Was disappointed and had to toast them at home. I even offered to pay extra to get them toasted but was denied.
This place is near a corporate area. It's really beautiful inside and the staff is awesome. Our food was good. If i lived in the area, It would be my favorite place to go.
The Everything bagel was great but they will slather a lot of butter on it. The coffee was ok and fresh

Came here on Christmas Eve through the drive thru for coffee & bagels. Lady taking the order seemed to have no patience. Get to the window & the guy did not greet or say anything. Got home & the food was mediocre. For this place to have been here for many years & in Ballantyne, it needs some help. No wonder the competition further away is always busy & knows how to value their customers.
The customer service here is awful. I had written off this location months ago because they always have terrible wait times in the drive thru line and also always seemed to be out of very basic menu items (like an everything bagel) even in the morning hours. Today's visit was no different -no greeting at the drive thru window and the employee was rude /snarky when I asked him to clarify an item on the menu. I was in the drive thru line, which was not at all busy (I was the only car in line) this time, so why a rude and less-than-helpful response was given is beyond me. I will go back to avoiding this place and will give my lunch business to the panera bread store across the street instead.
First time visiting an Einstein Bros. Establishment. I placed an order through the drive through for a sausage egg and cheese bagel and hashbrown. My food was hot and fresh; I will definitely return.
Very disappointed with the service. We ordered half a dozen bagels and requested to toast one of the bagels to eat at the restaurant but was informed that it costs extra charge for toast.
