Very good, nice atmosphere, and not to pricey.

Awful service. Walked in, only one table was seated prior to my arrival. I sat down and waited for 10-15 minutes only to be IGNORED multiple times by the server working the floor. At that point, I simply left. I'm guessing Edomae didn't need the business too much.

Definitely disappointed paying 10 dollars for 4 extremely thin slices of tuna that wasn't even seared with black pepper, just had it dumped on the tuna afterwards. Won't be coming back.

The food was amazing and the service was awesome. Love this place !

The lunch filet is wonderful. Everything was cooked perfectly and we highly recommend.

Last night I ordered Edomae online, around 9:30. Literally drove all the way to the store and it’s CLOSED. No lights on, no one there. So I figured I’d call in today to leave no room for errors. I called in around 9:20 and I said I would like to place an order she said can you be here by 9:45, I said that’s fine. So I go on to order my meal and literally after I state how I would like my meals prepared the lady on the phone does …. So sorry, we closed. I just find that ridiculous. Every site says this place closes at 10, even their hours state that they close at 10. I called and placed my order well before 10. The hours posted should be changed expeditiously rather than having people waste their time and energy on this place.

I ordered my food on the phone and went to pick it up. Upon doing so, I noticed was charged dinner prices for lunch food. I asked why the price was so high and the host said I have to specify if I want lunch or dinner. I said to him why would I want dinner at lunch time (it was around 1pm), I’ve never had to specify, if I’m ordering at LUNCH.He persisted to then try and tell me the prices were wrong online and this is how much they charge for lunch, so I opened one of their own menus and pointed to the lower cost for lunch. He could not lie anymore and said “I will reduce this one to lunch”I pointed to the other one and asked why he is still charging me dinner. He tried to act like he didn’t see my other items and their prices. He finally adjusted it all to lunch prices and swiped my card. We are traveling through Charlotte and THANKFULLY I keep my card locked on an app on my phone and I have to unlock it to make purchases, when we’re traveling. I’m thankful for this, because as soon as he thought he received payment HE TOOK MY FOOD TO THE BACK TO “TAKE SOME OUT” NOT KIDDING!!!!!He handed me my card back and grabbed my food and took it to the back, I realized my card was locked because I get a notification and just walked out. Obviously I was no longer interested.Your behavior is absolutely DISGUSTING. If charging me dinner prices for lunch was an honest accident (though it obviously was not) you could’ve simply apologized, corrected the price and if their were dinner portions, count it a loss to maintain good business practices and DECENCY. Obviously no one wants to argue with you about their food and then watch you take it out of their sight to do whatever you will.RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND IF YOU EAT HERE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.

Food was bad. Got a lunch vegetable hibachi and the put cold sweet carrots out of a can on the plate.

The freshest food ever. I definitely would recommend.

Usually get the Filet Hibachi - Food quality is great, food portion is good, good pricing and service is always great. Sushi is fresh. Would recommend!
