fairly priced and good selection of food. nothing exactly wowed me about this place, but nothing really disappointed me either (well expect maybe the mozzarella cheese sticks, those were no bueno, but everything else i’ve had here has been just fine). overall, a good choice for lunch or dinner if you’re in the mood for some wings and you’re in the area.
Stopped by after a appointment and this was my first time visiting this location. I ordered some Nachos and traditional wings and when I got home I noticed that the chips from nachos were dark brown as if it was refried and covered in grease. I also noticed fries on the top of my nacho chips as if it was just dumped in there. I decided to call the following day to explain to the manager what I found and unfortunately I was not given the chance to express my feelings or concerns and what I found on my order that I paid for. If you are operating a food business you need to be careful in what you give to a paying customer. To make my experience worse he was so rude to tell me "ma'am you don't make mistakes? I don't care if you don't return , I lose no money over you". I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I can't believe a MANAGER spoke to me this way instead of resolving the issue. I will definitely not return and due to the unsanitary environment this place is handling food with a rude manager operating this place, I DO NOT recommend anyone coming to this place! I realized this place already haves bad reviews how I wished I read them before wasting my time.
Let me start by saying I’m a frequent visitor of this location and have noticed a drastic change in the food and management as of late. My family placed a pretty large pick up order. The order included buffalo salads which simply didn’t contain buffalo and mostly consisted of lettuce. This is our typical order so I’m aware of how the salads “should” look. I called to speak with the manager. The manager/owner, Jeff, was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. Clearly he doesn’t believe in good customer service. After going back and forth over the phone I told him I was willing to take pictures of the salad as he assured me he inspected them before they left the store. Let’s just say… if he did then he’s the reason for the changes in this location. Upon coming back to the store to receive a refund (at his request) he came from the back with his chest puffed and a smirk. I wish i was exaggerating. He proceeded to ask for a receipt of the order to process the refund which we did not have as he never said anything about that via our phone conversation. After him telling my mother to “be quiet” I was no longer interested in dealing with him and his attitude. I requested to speak with his supervisor. He quickly responded with, “I am the owner, I answer to no one” and laughed. I am absolutely shocked and horrified that an owner of such an established franchise could display such unprofessional behavior. After going back and forth once more in the store he finally stated that he could issue the refund using the last four digits of my card. Why not just say that in the first place? I strongly suggest Jeff take a plethora of managerial courses as it is clearly needed. I’m sure he will run this location into the ground if he continues to treat loyal patrons like this. DO BETTER JEFF.
Waitress wasn't very engaging or willing to refill drinks. Food was pretty good. Tons of flavors for wings....maybe too much. Would not recommend the gravy fries tho.
I ordered some wings and after eating two of them, I realized that i should have gone to Publix instead. The wings were dry as hell and had no flavor. One of my friends referred me to them, and I should not have listened to her because I knew that she didn't know what good food taste like. Anyway, I'll be going to Publix next time for my wings. They're cheaper and taste better.
I just got a 5 piece this time. Their wings are bigger than BWW, they carry a lot of different flavors, but I believe BWW allows you to try more sauces per 5 wings. Wings are always cooked thoroughly. I always try a different flavor when I stop by. I'm not a super fan of the fries and I haven't tried anything else outside of the wings.
Disappointed…I love good Buffalo Wings. I’m new to the area so decided to try ECW based on ratings…bad move…$20 wasted. Wings had NO flavor! How can you mess up lemon pepper?? Habanero was ok but still not much flavor. Sweet fries were pretty decent.
It was awesome! ✔️ this out. They had one waitress, Tiana (tie-ana) who handled her business. She worked all the tables and helped out at the bar. I was initially a bit miffed when I called and was hung up.on, but Tiana made up for it. They need her at the front also. I give them 5 stars even though the hostesses could use a few customer service refreshers. Not to mention the food was exceptional! The wings....momma mia! Love East Coast. Go there for good food and fun!!!
We had boneless Caiman wings. Those were not tender. Very disappointed by it. Also we had a salad, which was very good.My kids Iiked their food though.
Top notch service! Never been inside to eat but when I order to go they make sure there’s napkins in the bag enough dipping sauce never leave anything out food taste great! When you call they ask do you need this that and the 3rd! Great customer service skills
