This review isn't about the food but the owners/management. Just drove 35 miles to eat to find a handwritten sign in nice colorful letters on the door saying CLOSED. As I watched no less than 10 employees walk out the front door, every single one with to go boxes in hand, I asked what was going on. One laughed and said oh we're short staffed. It's 6:30 on a Saturday night in Charlotte. Absolutely unbelievable way to run a business.
If was wing day yet it only took 30 minutes for my huge order. I had a reward (expiring that day) to use so it worked especially since I couldn’t place the order online or on the phone (as I prefer to do for any huge order).
Stopped in before going shopping and everyone was so nice, the service was amazing as was the food! Leaving with a smile on my face! Thank you!
Horrible food & poor service. My order was takeout boneless wings which were very runny greasy. My 1st complaint after leaving store part of my order was missing. 2nd I came back to the store for a refund due to poor cooking skills. The person who presented himself as the manager was rude rather giving me my refund he took the food walked away saying "I'll have it out in 15 minutes" I replied I only want a refund! The young man/Mngr says it will be back on your card in 3 days so I asked for a refund receipt or confirmation of refund, he says he can't give a receipt to me due to refund processed through back office.. At this point I asked for the next Manger which was Mark. While speaking with Mark the young man begins to show more opposition to my complaint with sarcastic laughter. I addressed him & his excuse was mam I'm looking at my phone by that raising his phone to prove his point? This was my 1st & last time eating at this establishment or company period!!!
Unfortunately, due to impressions that my patronage is no longer desired at this establishment, I have decided to take my business elsewhere (namely Macs Speed Shop) where a man can have a strong drink and wings in peace.
If you plan on going here, make sure you call ahead first. Met my coworkers here for lunch today and the sign says open at 11:30am and we were there at 12:30pm and they were closed without any additional reason. Prepare yourself and don't waste gas.
The manager Richard was awesome, he allowed us to order food after the kitchen had already close. Great personality!!! My family and I will definitely be back!! The food and the drinks were good as well..
The cheeseburger was good so were the fries. Service was quick and friendly. I’d come back here.
Stopped by for lunch and the staff was great! They were friendly, attentive and nice.
Great wings, a little more sauce would be nice but the quality was perfect.
