They’re not even trying. I was there at 7:30 PM. No indoor service, only drive through. Only donuts they have are glazed (really?). Didn’t want glazed donut so ordered a grilled cheese. Worst grilled cheese ever.Close it down. Give the spot to someone who wants to succeed.

I don’t understand why I keep coming back to Dunkin’. The employees don’t care about the customers. I placed an online order at 8:22 and my husband went to go pick it up. They didn’t have sweet tea and they stated they couldn’t give me a refund and told me to go on line to get it. ( which me and my husband go to dunkin almost every other day and never heard of that before) which is fine. But everyone working tonight about 4 of the employees decided to come look at my husband and I’m pretty sure it’s because the one helping had something smart to say. Because none of them could help so what was the reason of you looking at my husband and smirking ? Like I don’t understand these young adults that have no respect for anyone. Took so long to get my husband’s coffee he no longer wanted it. Why should we get backlash and attitude when the store didn’t have what I ( the customer) requested? Like it’s so disrespectful to me and my husband because we LOVE DUNKIN but we definitely will be trying to find a new coffee place. Because it’s too much and I’m spending my money with a team or company that obviously doesn’t care about their customers. If I did this foolishness at my job I wouldn’t have one.

I always have issues when going to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Three different times they have forgotten something in my bag and I have just let it go because I know how stressful food service is. Today though I simply could not let it go because of how rude this young lady was when I went in there. Again, usually I do not put up a fight with fast food workers because I myself have been there. The order was repeated several times through the drive through but they still had forgotten to put my daughters plain bagel in the bag and also forgot to hand me her tea, that was already paid for. When I asked her can she just give us my daughters bagel she was very rude and wanted to go back and forth with me. I did not engage in the back and forth with her because there were others that needed to be served. I am big on great customer service and what she displayed was nothing of the sort. It was so unpleasing that I made it my business to call and get her name after I got home so that I can contact the corporate office about her. Messing with peoples livelihood is something I NEVER do. Todays encounter with the young lady, Shakayla Robertson, was enough for me to take things further than I ever have.

In Drive Thru line for 20 minutes. Place an order for Snacking Bacon. When I revived my order, I received 2 pieces of burned crumbled bacon in the bag. When I told the employee this is not how it’s supposed to be prepared, she responded with that’s the Snacking Bacon. I responded with if I can’t get a new order made better I’ll take a refund. She left the window, came back and asked for my card to process the refund. No apologies, just making it over would have made it right.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing in the drive-thru. It was clear by even the light being off in the drive-thru that they were just counting the minutes until they could leave. I ordered a box of Munchkins. The woman said they were out of Munchkins. Then I ordered a donut to which she said they were out of donuts. I said, “ALL donuts?” She said, “Yes, we are out of all donuts.” I find this very difficult to believe.

By far the slowest Dunkin’ I have ever experienced in the entire US. This isn’t a one off either. I live by it so still hit it from time to time when I have 20 mins to wait. Wow

This is my least favorite DD. They are always out of food items and my drinks only hit about 40% of the time. I usual travel PAST this DD to go to the one outside my normal commute because this location often disappoints

I arrived at the night shift working. The tables and chairs were up. Limited staff. Parking lot dimly lit. Not a good thought if I worked there. The staff were pleasant. Maybe brand new to the job. Pleasant in a Millennial way. They have a drive through for all the non vaccinated folks. ?

Pulled up to the window and said we’ll have a dozen donuts please. The woman on the speaker said “no you’re not”. So we left with nothing.

It’s my first time to come in this area today , I ordered 2 coffee , 1 dozen & half of donuts , the staff that serve me has a terrible attitude, I i can tell that she’s irritated the tone of her voice sounds like she’s tired , soon as I paid it she took the next customer without me asking I need something , If she has a common sense how can I carry the 2 box and 2 cups of coffee? 1 hot and 1 cold .I’m still standing in front of her and ask her if she can give me a carrier for my 2 coffee but she’s ignoring me , Still standing in front of cashiers machine , I ask her twice but she doesn’t even look at me keep ignoring me, so I took my donuts to my car and came for my 2 coffee but I want to make sure to get her name KRiS , I know the manager was there in the table first time customer and had a terrible experienced .
