I feel bad for the crew being so short staffed. I placed an online order, got there 10 minutes later, waited another 10 minutes and never got my food. I had to leave the work. Unfortunately I had already paid online. ?
This store is never properly staff. Mobile orders are always behind. We keep giving it a chance and always end up leaving frustrating. The staff needs more support!!
As the Event Coordinator for Special Events at a popular and high-end restaurant in South Park, I’m always aware of exceptional hospitality and genuine love for the industry in any FOH employee at any restaurant. And let me say, Kenynasja and Quay at this DD location not only stood out, but absolutely shone! Amazing, fantastic, spectacular, wonderful; if ever they handed their resumes to me, I’d hire on the spot! Thank you ladies, keep it up!!!!
No the greatest attention, kids were rude and just there to get pay by hour!! No people pleasers
I go here sometimes and the coffee is always good and never ever had any issues. Today I went to pick up my Togo order and they were closed due to an emergency. I was a little frustrated with the inconvenience knowing I couldn’t get my coffee nor a refund at that time and I was low on money (that I wanted to spend on coffee) I sat outside placing another order at a dunkin I go to regularly but it’s further from me at this time and a girl employee came out and was talking with police about the emergency going on. I was just sitting there and eventually both her and the cop are looking at me and ask if I need anything. I say no I’m good thanks. She states “I’m sorry about this mam” I said “it’s okay it’s just my last 5 dollars I have” then she starts to yell at me about my finances. It wasn’t my last 5 but it was the last 5 I had in my Dunkin account and didn’t feel like taking more money out to add money to my account. That’s none of her business anyway even if it was my last 5. She said how old are you? Why are you spending your last 5 on coffee? Just rude man. Basically shamming me. I never yelled at her I just was kind of laughing because she was going off. By the end of it she was screaming at me right in front of the cop. It was just very uncalled for. Just wanted to make someone aware of the situation because my gosh.
Like all places shorthanded long life long way to get food the food was good the inside was very clean

9/10 times I go in they are missing something and blame it on a prep person. I’ve also been where there is a line out the door and employees are making their own food holding up the line. Also, don’t advertise curbside pick up, if you don’t offer it. Completely disorganized. This is definitely a management issue. I understand staff shortages, but your management should be filling in those gaps.
This location is notoriously busy and service hasn’t been the greatest lately…HOWEVER, this new guy in the mornings (plaid shirt, beard) is an absolute Boss behind the counter. He just kills it. Give the man a raise
For the last 3 weeks they have been short staffed and when I try to go in on Saturday before work around 630 they always have a sign on the door
