This place is the worst. They always get my order wrong. The manager is with a nasty attitude always and the kids taking the order are not trained yet. I spend alot every day I go. Get a better manager with some customers service and train the staff better.
Do not recommend due to service. Rathe go across the street to Hariss teeter / Starbucks.
Terrible customer service. The manager has music playing so loud I was confused if I was entering a night club or a Dunkin Donuts, not too mention the workers mumbling to me with masks over their faces... can't hear or understand anything you're saying buddy. Mobile ordering is supposed to faster, but you go in and nothing is ever ready and then they have to ask you what you ordered so they can make it. Today was a burnt sandwich missing half the ingredients. Egg, cheese, and bacon - how do you forget both the bacon and cheese?

This location is absolutely incompetent. If a door dash order has a list of items how do you consistently miss items. It's literally written down.
I don't recommend this location.They did not put the sausage on a Sausage egg and cheese sandwich. How do you mess up a food item with the recipe literally in the name?It was a doordash order so no way to check at store first.The iced coffee at Dunkin is hit or miss, this one definitely missed.
It's the staff that makes this location so great. They have great outlooks & work together well.
I have never experienced worse customer service at any other Dunkin location. The manager was very rude and the staff act like they don’t want to be there. Whoever owns this store really need to give the morning Manager feedback on good customer service.
Walked in and was told that ordering through the app would be faster than standing in a line of 3 people.. ok.. download app, set up profile, app says it is experiencing difficulties for adding payment and unable to checkout. They tell a customer in line that they are only taking food orders through the app. Left after being unable to set up the app
