There is no customer service skills in this place. Especially in the morning people who open during the week. There is one female and one male who both have a disgusting attitude. Then they are upset when you come in and try to place an order. If you are that mad and unhappy with your job, don’t show up. Even when I place a mobile order which is a simple drink, it’s either wrong or not done and I’m waiting. Then I have to try to get there attention, even though they see me standing there to say I had a mobile order.The food is always burnt and drinks are incorrect when these two are opening when I visit this place, which is daily.I do want to let everyone know that there is one female and twin males who are excellent workers. They always have a smile, are welcoming and make the atmosphere great. I will be call either corporate or anybody else to let my experience known. I will now take my business to another Dunkin.You will lose other patrons, until these two get their act together. A huge dissatisfaction

This location is the worst ever. I was in there for 20 mins after putting my mobile in. The app doesn’t allow them to tell whether they are out of oatmilk/almond milk or caramel syrup. So they just make it with regular milk which is so wrong. Or they make it with hazelnut or some other flavor! What if someone had an allergy? I received a cup full of milk this morning, no espresso. The amount of gnats flying on the bakery items was insane! The lady was rude and walked away. The guy didn’t have a sense of what was happening. The young lady was just lost. I asked for my money back and left. I’ll never go to this location again!

They had 1 poor girl running the whole place. She was awesome and kept her cool when other customers became agitated. She deserves a raise. Low score because it was only her at 8am. Management should reward her for keeping it all together.

Is there a no star selection! Absolutely the filthiest place I've ever been in to purchase anything. Dirty tables, floor, windows, busted tiles in which the dirty was showing. Have no clue how they are able to be open. Then they couldn't serve ice cream because of being short staffed...well I don't want anything at this point because of the condition of the store. Just do better. Both employees just standing behind the counter looking around telling customers how they couldn't serve them ? that part!!!!

I came in on a Saturday afternoon the front door was locked so I went around to the side an it was open. The manager had locked the door on purpose! To probably make sure no one else came in. Then I waited 10 + minutes to order as they were cleaning. Then I asked to use the restroom an he said the keys were locked inside the bathrooms! Both! Then he made my hot coffee iced after he asked me twice an I told him hot. OK I totally understand being overwhelmed but this was borderline lazy because people don't want to clean restrooms. I hate coming to this location because the management is always like this.

incompetent, rude staff. oh, and if your store it’s not going to follow the hours shown on your website and on Google then it will be nice if you could change it so that you do not inconvenience customers who placed online orders only to show up to no order made

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I've been here twice, and both times arrived after 20 minutes, and they had to issue a refund. I gave them a free pass for last time, given staffing shortages. But they need to fix their app,.to alert customers of supply shortages so they don't waste time and money. (Like the Starbucks app)

My fiance ordered through DoorDash and they forgot a whole breakfast sandwich, 2 orders of hashbrowns, the donuts are all smushed together. Just pure laziness and unacceptable.

Been coming here since 2018. Crew has been declining ever since and seems to be at an all-time low now. Nobody wants to be there. Employees act like you're doing something wrong if you stand there staring at them after waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order you placed while watching 3-4 people get their orders before you. Then the younger lady finally acknowledges and says "can i help you." in the sourest way ever. I'm going to keep giving this place chances because of the proximity to my commute, but when I have the chance I go to the colony rd. location now. Pay your employees more or something. It's getting ridiculous.

The cashier this morning (Elliott I think), was the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere in a long time. He was a gentleman, calm (I was indecisive) and seemed very pleasant.The young lady in the back making sandwiches made them perfect too. Great job to the whole team.
