The service was very confusing. The staff were not very friendly. Every Dunkin store I've visited gives a Military Veterans discount. This store did not and was told its because it's individually owned. Most businesses acknowledge Veterans who serve our country. Nothing here! Not even a "Thank You for Your Service". Will not be visiting this location again.
50 cents for a cup of ice water.. Nickel and diming your customers will lose you customersHave been a customer at this location for 7 years. Watched as service gradually worsened over the past few. This was the last straw.
Overall pretty decent service. I was the only customer in the store around 12pm with two employees who were friendly but slow. The inside of the store is very clean and has a sanitation rating of 98.
Hello, I was just at this location awhile ago and to say the least it was absolutely horrible. The manager (which I believe his name is Travis) was yelling at his MINOR and CHILDREN workers, cussing them out and getting aggressive. He also proceeded to argue with customers who we trying to defend one of the workers when she accidentally messed up, the manager got angry and started catching an attitude. The worker had accepted a $50 bill and she realized that she had done the incorrect thing so she IMMEDIATELY went to management to correct it, he comes around and starts saying things like "Can you read?! We have signs all around saying that we do not accept bills over $20" basically just belittling the poor girl. This is not okay, yelling at a child for a innocent mistake will never be okay. I will not be returning. I hope there is serious change in his behavior or he gets terminated.
Even though the curbside pick up is ready, they bring the order very late. food gets cold. Why would you guys put curbside pick up if that is not your priority. I faced this situation not once but thrice
If I could give the Team at this location 10 stars, I surely would. The name on my receipt shows Sue but the entire Team is friendly, welcoming and the service is quick. It wasn't as if I had just ordered Coffee on the run.... I had ordered their new Omelet Bites, a Bagel with Creem Cheese and a Large Iced Chi Latte. They had My drink on the counter in a matter of moments and Sue, as always had my food hot and ready in a matter of moments. There are other locations that could take a lesson from this Team. This is not a one-off experience at this location, they are consistently on their game. Thank You for Your exceptional service.

Terrible service. They didn’t have my mobile order ready even after an hour. Wasted an hour of my Sunday morning. Looks like a bunch of kids trying to do their best with no manager present. Would not recommend this place if you value your time.
i ordered the salted carmel hot chocalate and a sandwich and they both were on point.. this location never disappoints. try them u will see
I use to frequent this location as I lived nearby but I stopped by yesterday and was surprised with the not so good service. I placed a mobile order on my way there and when I went inside it wasn’t ready. Only 1 person was inside at the register and the cashier said it would be a few Mins which was fine with me. As I sat waiting I heard the cashier yell at someone in the back as there were other mobile orders not completed. Finally he gets to making my drink. Iced coffee no ice.. yet it has ice. It’s not that hard to make the order right. With the wait time I didn’t feel like asking them to remake it as they were complaining about them closing soon.
