I have a very busy day ahead of me but I had to stop and write a review. This may have been the best customer experience than I have had since Covid started. There were at least three employees that were so kind to me in the drive-through line, and they went out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted. I have never experienced better customer service at a Dunkin before. The management team should be very proud of the employees at this location!
If I could give this experience 0 I would; first off as a customer and your job as a customer service professions is to demonstrate the best customer experience for your customers and employee. The manager there is horrible after a long day of work, I come to the drive thru just to get a couple donuts and asked for a particular one which was not served there. So I ask well what kind do you have. Well you can come inside if you want to know. Excuse me it’s your job to let me know that’s what the drive thru is for. If you can’t handle your job then do yourself a favor and the company and quit.Poor managementPoor customer service
Yesterday this store charged me Five dollars for a 2.69$ coffee I thought this was strange because I get the same thing everyday iced coffee half decaffeinated with a extra flavor swirl the cashier a guy with tattoos on his arms helped himself to a little top and probably did this to several customers. Maybe I should go to Starbucks from now on people work too hard for their money to have it stolen from them.
Everytime I go here, the coffee mixture in the frozen coffee or lattes taste rancid. Also, they're always out of muffins. Whoever is managing this place needs to do a better job of quality control and inventory.
This Store needs to CLOSE! Every time I’ve gone there in the afternoon/evening, the Donuts are hard and stale, the Coffee is not even hot, and the People who work there are obviously clueless and/or don’t care about serving substandard food. I will definitely never go back to this Store, ever again!
I think 3 is good. Love the Machiatos from Dunkin but literally everytime I go hear, whether if it's in the morning or afternoon, the drive thru is almost into the back alley almost everytime.If you're looking for a quick service, go to Starbucks down the street. If you wanna know a good Dunkin, go to the one in Clover/Lake Wylie, they're far better with service and quality of their foods and drinks.
Worst donuts! Save time and money and go across the street to the QT gas station. They have softer fresher donuts.
My bagel was badly burnt, the cake donut was dry, and the coffee was mediocre. The only item we were satisfied with was my prepackaged Minute Maid apple juice...Definitely not worth even half the price we paid. Best to give this place a miss and go to Starbucks or Krispy Kreme instead.
This location has the longest line! However, they're super fast. Wonderful customer service and tasty beverages as well as food!
I placed an order for pick up through the app before leaving my home. When I arrived there was a line wrapped around the building and I walked in to let them know I placed an order online for pick up through the drive thru. I literally saw it on there online order station for the drive thru and was told to go through the drive thru instead of them just handing it to me. The whole reason of order online is so you don’t have to wait and the visit be a seem-less pickup and go. I did not appreciate the customer service I received at this location.
