If you want good customer service and want the employees to be professional and go above and beyond THIS LOCATION IS NOT THE ONE!!! Most unprofessional, disrespectful, talk real nasty about customers I refuse to ever give this store any money or any other Dunkin moving forward with the experience I just went thru! Go to Starbucks or Mc Donald’s. Especially the older lady manager that works early in the morning should set an example on how to treat customers and she was the main one being rude and disrespectful! I will never ever step foot or give any of my money to this place ever again!! I have been a loyal customer and order everyday to be treated the way I just did I will never!! This willNot be the end of my reviews I will make sure everyone knows how nasty and unprofessional I was just treated.

I do not mind being given information but presentation is everything. Though the customer is not always right, what they say should be considered. Just because someone works for you doesn’t mean they are always right either. Good customer service goes along way.

It was not the Dunkin' donuts that did it for me not at all I was there for the Baskin Robbins 21 ice cream flavors...just simple chocolate chip milkshake! The best!

Michael is so rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful and honestly should get more training as a lead or supervisor. All over them messing up an order. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is old, gritty and taste like sand. Now my husband advised him we had this issue on 3/27/22 and asked to for a sample which I thought they did at BR but maybe due to covid I’m wrong. Also we tried to get it again for my mom and was told last week was an old tube but this week was going to be much much better. So my husband gets to parking lot after being assured the ice cream was fresh and GUESS WHAT it was gritty, nasty and tasted like dirt. So then my husband had to wait in line all over again for Michael to have a nasty attitude at the window.

Unusually long line and long wait this morning which is understandable from time to time, but after patiently waiting I did not get the coffee as I ordered it. Salted caramel latte ordered and caramel mocha was made. No one was eager nor offered to remake my coffee and I felt bad for all the other people in line that needed to get to work as I did. I agreed to take it (cause I needed coffee!!), but barely heard the thank you under his breath as I pulled away.

Need to keep the products name on the shelf because a new customer will know what to order ?.

This location is a Train Wreck! It is sorely apparent most of the employees are either new or ill equipped as "baristas" or untrainable. The Manager, is terrible directing them and terrible at or unwilling to take orders accurately. Zero customer service. Unclean drink handling practices, ie. Consistly touching non food/drink items and resume making drinks, touching straws/stirrers... Masks worn under chins or not at all.
