This location is terrible. Despite having 4-5 people working they can’t get an order right and it takes them forever. When the order is wrong (bc it will be) they have the audacity to give you an attitude. Like you didn’t just spend $10+ dollars for a drink and breakfast. One older gentleman who works there is trying and I feel bad for him bc he’s surrounded by incompetence. Maybe don’t worry so much about having 2 inch fake lashes just to come to work at Dunkin and screw everything up..
This morning we went there ordered coffees, bagel, breakfast sandwich, and donuts, let's just say it all sucked. My cold brew coffee with carmel and cream was wrong told them, they made a carmel frozen, said that's not what I ordered and they made me another cold brew well this time it was wrong again instead of carmel they gave me mocha by this time there is a line at drive thru I am beyond mad now. Well get home my daughters coffee is made wrong also. Loaded with cream didnt taste like coffee cause was so much cream in it., her bagel was wrong, ordered a everything bagel and it was a plain bagel, my son's breakfast sandwich was so hard on the edges and there was no cheese. Your employees need to get it together. I will travel 10 miles to another dunkins before coming back to this one. They are always getting something wrong.
Hadn't eaten Panera for awhile since before this time. Dang 8 love the Mediterranean sandwich, with the broccoli and cheddar soup. ... Sandwich wasn't on point like I remember. But that soup though ????
I stood at the counter patiently for 20 minutes waiting to get sugar. Everyone looked at me and kept on doing whatever...except the girl with the pink in her hair. She is always on the ball Everytime I go here.
Service & attitude was drab & food presentation & delivery was terrible. We ordered the spider donuts & they were tossed into a bag, upside down & half the icing rubbed off. Just disgusting the lack of care of this place. Everyone had an attitude from the order taker to the window person. We tried those frozen coffees here for the first time (usually get at other locations) and it was 90% ice, flavors were wrong. Just all around awful. Never coming back
I like this dunkin’ donuts and the people there are very nice and attentive. Last time I was there they said the kitchen was closed but the guy still made my breakfast/lunch (ordered through the app) They shorten the hours weekly as of late. They are down to 6-1 as of Saturday, drive through only. I’m afraid they won’t be there much longer. Don’t know if it the labor shortage or a supply issue.
Nothings ever consistent when I get the same things all most daily every time. They even spilled fluid on me, cause the cap was not on secure. But it okay.. not terrible.
Young lady working the window spilled my whole cup of coffee. Then went to get me another coffee and gave me the same messy cup. Just added more coffee apparently with no sugar, cream or anything. Horrible! Worse cup of coffee I ever had from that Dunkin. But Blythewood SC Dunkin is always Horrible

I love love love this dunkin everyone here wonderful attitudes and some are even like family they remember u. Love every last one I've came in contact with. Yessssss!! This dunkin rocks!!!
