This is from the outside an establishment that advertises as being Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins. We had an appetite for some Baskin Robbins Ice Cream but when we stopped in and went inside, we were told they no longer were associated with that franchise even though the signage is still up. In fact, there are 2 in the area that still have the misleading signage up. Not good in these days when most want to drive through and be told that the items that they want are not available.
DON’T EAT IN HIDDEN VALLEY. This is a well known fact. This Dunkin is no exception.There was something wrong with literally every item in my order, not including the items they forgot. This wasn’t entirely surprising, considering how incredibly high the staff were.
Went there for lunch today and just ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, when my order was brought to me they handed me my sandwich and a bag of hashbrowns, I told the employee that I didn't order hashbrowns and he said, "I know, but you should have something to go with the sandwich", then asked if I wanted a cup of water also!! Will definitely go back!!!???
This place used to be a hot mess. One time I was the only person there and they gave me the wrong order…HOWEVER I’m not sure if they hired more people or starting giving their employees raises but this place has turned around! I see them hustle the mornings I go there before work. 10/10 give each of them a raise they deserve it.
The ladies in the morning are very sweet and show great customer service. They lack products sometimes but that's the Managers fault and they are a busy store with a lot of movement.
Such a sweet and friendly staff. The coffee and donuts are perfect and fresh every morning. ?
Went in today to get 3 bagels I asked for them to be sliced and toasted with extra cream cheese With a sweet tea on the side They gave me bagels they were never toasted they were cold as ever and they didn't even slice them and the cream cheese was thin the only thing they got right was the type of bagels and my tea. It crazy how they messed up a simple order.
I've moved back here from AZ where there is no DD, so I was excited to get back to my hot vanilla chai latte.I've stopped at this location twice over 30 days because everyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately both days weren't up to par after the longer than normal wait.The first time was as if the drinks weren't mixed right.This time, the drinks were literally room temp.This is a location that I'll be er return to. Hopefully all the DD haven't went down the drain.
The wait was too long, consider I was the only one in the Drive-Thru the store is not open to the public
Quick service even though there was a good size line. Polite staff.
