Maria Hernandez with the bright pink lipstick at the drive thru window was extremely rude!!! I come to this Dunkin Donuts almost every day. I always use Apple Pay at the drive thru because it is a lot quicker when there are several cars behind me. Everyone is always very helpful if l don’t pull close enough, they’ll just tilt the card reader forward or extend it out just a little so I can reach it. For some reason Maria had a horrible attitude about it. She lied to me saying the cord was too short and that she couldn’t tilt it. I proceeded to tell her that several people have done it for me and she said, “Well I’m not.” I was in shock! It wasn’t because she couldn’t or not allowed to, it was simply because she didn’t want to. She told me I needed to put my car in park and open my door, risk scratching my car door on the wall, just to reach it. After all that she acted like she was going to throw the bag at me. I am a very kind hearted person, but her distasteful attitude had me highly upset!
I went there placed my order for walk in and the door was locked and no one came to give me my drink and breakfast at all but once i pulled off i saw a line and she served one person and left the rest . I literally placed the order for the convenience of me and if you aren’t accepting walking ins just turn the app off

Manager (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name).The manager was very rude to me when I inquired about my order that was incorrect. I simply asked for one more donut and she began to want to argue with me. When I explained I didn’t hear her clearly if she did ask my apologies she walked away with an attitude and huffing. She shouldn’t be working there if she is going to treat anyone like that. I came to treat my daughter to a donut and not to be disrespected! I refuse to go to this location again. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with poor service from this location.
went into the store to grab a coffee. Decided to go to the restroom while my husband ordered. I walked into the bathroom and fell very hard on an extremely wet floor. When I asked to speak to a manager, once I was able to get up and out of the restroom, I was told there was Not a manager on duty. When I explained my issue, I was told I'm sorry I can offer you a free donut but that's all.

The last few times I have gone, I ordered in advance & did walk-in pick up. Every time the order is ready when I get there and tastes great. Zero complaints here. Friendly and efficient staff!
Customer service level through drive-thru was excellent very clear they made the conscience decision to read the order back and they were very efficient and quick.
The coffee is ok. But they’re good tastes like they don’t wipe down their machines properly after cleaning them! I just bit into a turkey sausage biscuit, the biscuit tastes like what I imagine oven cleaner to taste like. I’ve been to other DD in the area and haven’t had this issue. It’s a no for your food
